The room smelled of smoke and the couch was absolutely gross. It was stained horribly and dirty.

Overall, good value for the money. The bed was comfortable and it even came with a kitchen. Staff was great, calling to check on us, even after the office was closed.

staff doesn’t do they’re job (steps are vary dangerous in the winter because it isn’t salted or shoveled, dishes were very dirty, I had to hand wash them myself) there is barely any dishes to go along with the kitchen as well.

The inside of the room looked dingy. And a lot of areas the paint looks dirty. The pillows and pillowcases were very slmall and look to be soiled. The bed was hard. We haf no heat and it got cold. I will never stay here again.

Had nothing to use for cooking, had to Clean room, it was dusty, coffee pot didn't work, ask for replacement was told one was coming it didn't happen, NO INTERNET FOR GUEST!

The furniture of the room was rough looking with stains on couch and curtains. My tv remote didn't work so I couldn't watch TV. Pool was broken and laundry room most of the washers were broken except 2. Lady at the front desk told me the hotel failed their state inspection test. If this was the case why were they open? Overall this wasnt a good experience.

Size of the room was nice. Location was convenient.

Pool and hot tub are closed. Fireplace didn't work. No coffee pot, but we had coffee. No towels, breakfast was a waffle, dry cereal , no milk, no juice. As of August 7, 2022 no more breakfast. Very short toilet.

The ground were not well kept. There was food and trash everywhere. The garbage bin outside was overflowing with trash. the room did not have a coffee maker and there was clothing from the last occupant left in the room. Disgusting!

pool was not even filled completely, room needs to be updated furniture broke, curtains dirty, lamps have shortage no phone in room to call front desk and the number listed on booking is someone who works there personal phone number and no mgr on duty all weekend

The unit was not well taken care of. The floor was quite dirty one kid the shower curtains was on the living room desk. Two pieces of furniture were broken. The microwave ran but did not heat anything. There were zero pillows and the staff was able to only find us two for the five of us

The two story suite unit was very spacious. It was comfortable in size and suitable for my family of 5. With a kitchen and two restrooms we had plenty of amenities.

we walked into a dirty room. had to have housekeeping come and clean up a large mess in he kitchen floor. looked like construction or maintenance trash. had to push the stove back up against the wall because it was completely pulled out. our door would barely open or close. The door was so warped that when closed, you could see outside the room through. mirrors were dirty in both bathrooms. couch was heavily stained.

The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable.

Our toilet was the right height for children. Our sink had a hole in the porcelain. Birds made a nest in the corner of the building so we could hear them inside the wall. The microwave did not have its rotating plate.

The "deluxe room" was nothing like the pictures. There was no fireplace and the sofa and chair were stained and dirty. The stove had rust and was dirty. There was three different types of flooring and the furniture is all scuffed up.

Furniture was dusty fireplace? Toilet height like for kindergartners very hard to use. No breakfast due to remodeling?? Sofa and chair no comfortable.

Non working tv in first room had to switch. No breakfast as advertised. Funky smell. Faulty plug in tub. TINY tv.
