We rented an apartment for 4 people. It had a queen bed and a “sofa bed”. The sofa bed was terrible… I mean… the most uncomfortable sofa bed I have tried ever.

The location is great and the amenities are very cool.

There's not one thing I would change. My family also had a very relaxing trip.

I absolutely will return to stay again. I didn't hear any kids or pets or any noise at all. I was extremely comfortable and the staff was so sweet.very clean rooms. Everything you need is in your room.

Toilet malfunctioned, bulb did not seat properly. Reported when we checked out.

Hot tub not open for long time - closes at 5pm when just getting back from slopes. Breakfast only on Saturday - should be each day. Could not get coffee without staff providing and only got 1/2 cup of coffee????? Sarah not the most friendly staffer.

I thought the Saturday only breakfast was very cheap. Should have had breakfast each day. Also hot tub only open until 5 pm. Poor time to close due to just getting back from slopes about that time. Chocolate cookies were good but not many available.

The property was nice but there a million little signs telling you what you can and cannot do! When you leave the property all linens towels and kitchen towels must be put in the bathtub. The garbage taken out of the cans and left in bags outside the door. All dishes cleaned or the dishwasher is to be run. with all this required there still was a tip envelope for maid service. Well I tipped myself and politely did not provide any gratuity.

The property is real nice with a nice !Irving room and separate bedroom. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom nice. The parking is OK but a little bit of a hike to the room.

The parking was congested at times and hard to maneuver when there were larger cars parked along the back side. The luggage carts need some repair.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Was there a breakfast? If so, we didn't know about it. The parking could be a challenge. The condo was clean and exceeded our expectations.

THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN ANY ROOM! It was hot in afternoon. There is no pool and spa pool only open 10-4, weird! Front desk area is always ‘closed’ as this is a time share type place and there is coffee area also always closed.

Loved the location and size of the ‘apartment’…love walking the 30 minutes to casino or 5 min drive. Area quiet and beautiful.

Parking lot needs to be resurfaced, fireplace didn't work (staff gone when we wanted to use it, so no one to call), keys did not work on our outside and inside locks. Locked out and individual told us about the elevator below that we could use, but seemed to take away from security. Not told about the elevator in drive through below. Would be beneficial to staff one person during later evening hours.

Make sure you let folks know it's a continental breakfast. Location was nice, and close to everything we needed.

Check in desk was hard to find. Lobby, halls and elevator were very dark. Kitchen has little counter space and no oven.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The view is incredible.

Wish hot tub was open more and hot so that it was useable.

The hot tub was only open between 9-4 so difficult to ski and hot tub. On the rainy day, we went to the hot tub at 3:30 and it was luke warm at best. Room was nice and comfortable. Well equipped. Heater was loud but gas fireplace was nice. Beds were comfortable. Good location, close to town.
