We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaPictures on website are a bit decieving- the room we had was not as large as those pictured- For the price, should have had bigger room. No breakfast on a Sunday- until brunch in restaurant- should offer coffee in lobby and perhaps a bite, like during the week.

United States of AmericaThe lights above the night tables did not provide enough light to read by in bed. Also the glasses in the bathroom were much too bulky to handle while taking medications. Booking.com incorrectly listed balconies on the room, where there were none, and the Hotel gave us an adjustment on our bill. Classy.
The night manager Raz was very helpful. My husband scraped his arm and needed bandages. There was no drug store nearby, so he found their first aid kit & personally hand delivered the necessary bandages to our room. I call that service above and beyond. The staff credited our account for the incorrect

None of them offered to help me for the price that is unacceptable. There was a wedding up in Stella when I was there and disappointed I couldn’t eat brunch.
