My TV stopped getting the channels and tried to scan, but the remote buttons didn't help it. No maintenance was available on a Sunday to fix it.

A little worn around the edges, but the staff and pool more than made up for the little imperfections.

The staff was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Helpful and friendly. The pool was worth the whole trip. It is a beautiful atrium of plants surrounding a heated indoor pool and hot tub. The kids loved it.

On the morning that we were checking out, a lady from the front desk staff named Debbie, called our room and was extremely rude to us for having a service dog. Their hotel clearly states that they are pet-friendly. It's also illegal for any business to reject a service animal. Debbie made many rude comments towards us that was uncalled for. She even got the cleaners to act rude towards us as well, as they all gave us stinky faces and tried to rush us off of their property. I heard other complaints about her during our stay, so her negative attitude wasn't just towards us. Debbie left a bad taste in our mouths. Debbie should be fired.

The room was very nice and spacious. It included a freezer, mini-fridge, and two sinks with lots of counter space for our personal hygiene items. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and the two full-sized beds were very soft. The shower was broken, but the maintenance person came in right away to fix it, even on his day-off on a Sunday. He also fixed the lights in the washroom as well, and we didn't even have to ask him!

The overnight clerk was a little on the rude side. The water in the tub was backwards. I sat with the water on hot for about 15 minutes almost in tears waiting for it to get hot thinking I was not going to have any. He had already taken a shower the night before and figured out that hot was cold and cold was hot so I had to turn it on cold to get any hot water. I also greatly disliked the fact that payment had to be with a credit card. I understand that they need to secure in case there are extra charges after the stay but you should let me give you my credit card to keep on file for that and still let me pay in another option if I wish. I am a bartender and I make my money in cash and not only that but I'm rebuilding my credit and definitely do not appreciate being forced to almost max out my credit card when I had the money either on a debit card and in my hand in cash.

The layout of the room was nice for just a couple. The bed was very comfortable and the day shift desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We did not have time to utilize the pool and hot tub but I did look at them and they looked to be clean and in good shape and something we would have enjoyed if we had more time.

Had to wait about an hour at the restaurant to give our order once we were seated. Appeared to be short staffed during a peak period. Be careful of the faucet in the dressing room area. A little hard to pull up to turn the water on. When you do pull it up, it runs hard and splashes water all over the sink. Also, hot and cold are backwards to what is normal.

Breakfast was good, once we were able to order and get our food. Ordered my bacon medium and it was perfect. Very pleasant staff. Clean restaurant. I really like that the ac/heat unit is tucked away in the dressing area. Really reduced the noise from it running. I was concerned with the bed being too soft and noise from traffic. Slept great. Stayed in 114.

Plumber mixed the hot and cold in the tub.

Our bed was king size or Queen and comfortable We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub . I enjoyed our meals at the Cafe. Had our grandkids over to swim in the pools. We had a great stay. Will be back again next year.

Was much better than most hotels at this cost per night. However, if there is anything I would improve it would be the cleanliness of hot tub and cleanliness of hotel room carpet, though it wasn’t really that bad.

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful if something was needed. Same with staff at the cafe. No free breakfast, but a little cafe was attached serving food from 8 am until the late afternoon/ early evening. Indoor and outdoor pool was clean. Hot tub was a little cloudy. Our frig wasn’t running when we got there so they put our food in their big frig until they could get ours changed out which they did the next day. For the price this place was very well taken care of I thought. I liked the layout of it also with rooms surroundding the outdoor pool and fountain.

The only thing that I didn't like about the stay was that we could only use a credit card to pay for the room, no debit no cash, even though we booked online with our debit card. If this had been years ago, when i didn't have a credit card and only used debit and cash, I would have had to cancel the room. I'm sure it is an issue for some people who only have cash and a debit card.

I love this hotel. I've stayed here many times over the past 10 years. It's clean. I like that they have an indoor pool and hot tub.
