It would be great to have microwaves in all the rooms so we wouldn’t have to go to the lobby.

.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, very basic, but very comfortable. We were gone during the day doing various things and stayed 5 days for a family vacation. The location was good and the price was very good compared to other places. The pool was great for the kids in the evening. We would definitely stay again!

We were wowed by this place the first time we came, which is why we came decided to come back. However, things were not as great this time. Beds were slightly uncomfortable. Wi-Fi was not good. We ended up using our own data, which was really spotty depending on where we sat in the room. Ice machine on our floor broke so we had to go down to the lobby, which was an inconvenience. Iron wasn’t very hot. The dead bolt on the door was a little loose, which made me kinda paranoid. To access our floor, you need a key card to open the door. It broke, so the door was left open. That didn’t sit too well with me either. I ended up checking out a day early, and I was kinda bummed we couldn’t get a refund or even a partial refund for one night because we checked out at 1 pm.

Love the location. It’s our 2nd time staying here for our Disneyland trip. It’s a 12-13 mins drive. There’s a McDonald’s right in front which makes it easy to grab an early breakfast or late night snack. Plenty of parking even after midnight. Rooms look outdated but clean and staff was friendly. Water pressure in the shower was good. The rooms and hall were quiet and we were able to sleep in, which helped after a long day at the parks!

The elevator was slow and you could wait up to 5 minutes which you would think would not be the case since there are 3 levels. Request 1st floor to avoid elevator

The rooms are incredibly plain with no framed photos or paintings, which made it a little too bare bones to look at (we were there for a good portion of the evening before bedtime). It would also be nice if key access was required for the elevator rather than just the floor entries, in case of creeps lurking around.

We had a clean room, comfortable bed, mini fridge (a big plus), and good water pressure in the shower; it was centrally located, with a quick and easy check-in and check-out.

room smelt a bit, we would leave our do not disturb on the door but housekeeping would come at like 8am and bang 10 times on all the other doors around us which was so annoying! why so early and why so many knocks

Our room key card we’re in activated every night. Even day of checkout before. The doors were extremely heavy to use specially when walking it children my son got hit by the door multiple times cause of its weight it closes fast and hits people when you are half way in. The pool was freezing! Like ice.
