Couldn’t get the hairdryer to work

Really kind people who run the business, we arrived late but they made sure one of them was there to make sure we had a place to park. Parking was free. Beautiful house with a really well equipped shared kitchen. Our room was beautifully decorated, very tasteful, and more than enough space. Everything was very clean. Location was also good when you have a car to get around with.

The neighborhood is a little noisy at night with dogs and roosters but it didn’t disrupt our stay and we would visit again.

The rooms were very clean and we were provided with bathroom amenities. The location was convenient to highways and popular attractions. The private parking was nice and we felt secure in the neighborhood. Owners are very nice, accommodating and have great communication, I would recommend this stay.

I’m a Taiwanese came from Japan for traveling.The location is near the downtown,and the house was very clean. Also there’s a lot of stuff you can use .such as refrigerator,microwave and bakers. Most importantly the owner was a very good person.

Yeah this was perfect for my trip. I was in LA for a film event and a Lakers game, and I was really happy with my accommodation. Jacob the host was welcoming, communicative and helpful. The place itself is very well-furnished, clean and comfortable. They provided towels, toiletries and condiments in the kitchen if you want to cook while you stay there. Added bonus, the location is conveniently close to the Crypto Arena if you are there to watch the Lakers play.

We really liked that the rooms and the house in general were so clean and tidy. The other people in the house were all really nice and made us feel really comfortable. In addition, you also have a parking space for a car, which is super practical because you can reach everything very quickly from the accommodation. The owner was also very friendly and accommodating and even provided little things like toothbrushes and toothpaste. We also thought it was great that there was a washing machine, which made the vacation much more pleasant.

From what I could tell, we got our room half price. Otherwise, it would have been a little pricey for us. It is a new place. And it looks fantastic. It is in an old neighborhood. There was a lot of trash on the streets in that area.

One of the neighbors has a rooster that was crowing during the day and through the night. The internet connection seems to be going in and out while trying to use the TV. The block is established but there are homeless encampments nearby.

Everything seems to be new and in good condition. The styling is great and everything was in good working order. It was like staying at a family home. There was off street parking which was also very nice. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available.

The sound insulation was a little bit poor. Also, the security around us was bad. But when it was time to go to bed, it was quiet, so there was no inconvenience. Also, we came back to our accommodation when the sun started to go down, so we didn't have to worry about security either. This is the best accommodation to travel around downtown Los Angeles, so don't hesitate.

The hostwas very kind. He allowed me to check in early, and he was there just in time for the check-in. He explained the switch in the room, the location of the washing machine, the location of all the items, and everything was prepared for the stay. I should have done my laundry for the trip for about a week, and it was nice to have a washing machine, dryer as well as detergent. Also, the accommodation was very clean and well-organized. All of the accommodation has private spaces except for the common kitchen. The bathroom and shower room were located in each room. It's a great accommodation. I was worried because there were no reviews, but I didn't need to worry. This accommodation was very satisfying to me.
