Disapointed with the staff. When we asked to move our room to main building to be in same builing as the hot tub they said it couldn't be done because they were full. However, we saw only a couple other people our whole stay and the parking lot was empty.

The rooms were spotless & nicely updated & the indoor pool room & hot tub were exptional . Right next to the bus stop to the ski lift & short walk to downtown.

The fridge had stopped working so food we brought with us went off overnight. The room key stopped working 3 times. The room key phone app wouldn't turn off until the app was deleted from cell phone.

Great location, very accessible for the mountain and in easy walking distance to the village. Directly adjacent to a garage, store, and lots of helpful amenities. Service was very responsive and overall would highly recommend.

Found out the indoor pool was down for service when we arrived. Lack of breakfast spread.

Easy check-in with a friendly desk employee. Room was obviously recently done/re-done. Great TV and quality of picture. Access to field behind room was great as the kids could play in the fresh snow.

Room was difficult to control temp, shower was not great, poor water pressure due to malfunctioning shower head and water would not get hot.

I would've liked an itemized bill/receipt upon payment and unfortunately the got rib was closed for two days of our 3 day stay

Room was great for the price. Nice,.clean, fireplace and kitchenette. Easy check in and perfect location to run the Vermont 10 miler.

Comfortable bed, lots of space for the two of us. I liked that you could separate the suite by closing the bedroom door. If someone wanted to lounge on the sofa and watch TV, they could do so while someone slept in the bedroom. It was also nice to have a TV in each room should folks have varied tastes in programs. The bathroom and the rooms in general were very clean. The hotel was close to town ( 7 minutes by car), which made it a quiet spot with plenty of available parking.

Our door was damaged and was never repaired after our request to do so. It was extremely hard to close and the cleaning staff never bothered to make sure it closed completely after they left. We came back to see our door open half an inch three times. The beds we’re comfortable but the pillows were hard. The bathroom has very little surface space for your stuff. One evening there was an on-site party and there was no parking for guests.

Front desk staff wasn’t the most helpful. The phone in our room didn’t work at all and blow dryer was broken. The got us a new blow dryer but I had to go up to the front desk to get it.
