Still dark. You need to put bigger light bulbs in the lamps. It would be cheaper than putting more windows in the rooms! We were upstairs this time, so no foot steps on ceiling, no dampness.

The breakfast is very good. The beds and sheets and comforters are very nice.

Not that I didn't like just a suggestion, pool was cloudy needed the filter changed and vacuumed. The shower needed to be recalked getting moldy. Check in was at 3 but our room wasn't done had to wait another hr.

The rooms were clean, everything was presentable. Breakfast was good plenty of choices. Gps took us on a run around at first and took us to dead end rd to get there

staff had no interest in working with our request or even looking at something to be done to accommodate what we asked for.

The card I used to hold the room was used to charge it instead of the card we handed them upon check in. Which caused quite a bit of financial issues with my bank. I have to wait almost a week for someone who is the only one who can correct the issue once he comes back to the states. All I got for my financial issues is causing is I'm sorry. Will not do their hotel again.

Room was just fine and comfortable, very quiet stay and breakfast was really good.

The tub surface was a bit slippery for taking a shower .Thankfully there was a bar to hold onto. I suggest a textured surface, with less chance of a fall. Also, our room was on the lower level, felt like we were in the basement.

Easy check in and check out. Comfortable room. Reasonably quiet.

When we checked out they charged us for additional night, when I called hotel the front desk was extremely rude, kept saying we did not and when I insisted she then found error. She said she credited but has not shown up in our banking statement as of yet. Her name was Melissa and honestly we were thinking about a fall trip but after dealing with her, I'm allset. I'll go back to Hampton Inn.

Some of the "guests" were a bit sketchy. Not sure if some drug dealing was happening in the parking lot, but it is in a town called Seabrook and it does not have the best reputation. My last night there a car that sat in the parking lot (with someone inside) all day....had 2 small bullet type holes in the windshield. Maybe a BB gun?

I was there during bad snowstorm. While the driveway got plowed they plowed in the cars making it very difficult to get out . Had to shovel myself . Also I noticed hot water was starting to get low and I take short showers .

TV volume is set very low and can't be raised. Extremely hard to hear. I have stayed in 3 different rooms, and everytime I had to ask the front desk to bring a remote control. Both times I had breakfast, eggs and potatoes were cold and had to ask to heat them up in the kitchen. Shower water not that hot. No complimentary water bottles.

Large, comfortable, clean room, microwave. Convenient location close to highway,, shops, restaurants, and The Brooks Casino. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, bathroom amenities.
