You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI booked Ada room , my husband is wheelchair bound , cannot walk at all, asked for 1 st floor, was told that it was filled , even though I booked way in advance and was told it was ok,if there was a fire I would I'd be stranded, no way to get him out of hotel being on 4th floor,and the floor was under construction and the room was dated for !98.00 a nite!

United States of AmericaThe sheets did not stay on the bed!!! We asked for a sheet change, and the new sheets did the exact same thing. I stay at many Hampton Inns, and this never happens. The sheets at this location were of poor quality and the elastic on both the mattress pad and sheets were stretched out beyond being effective. This location should invest in new, higher-quality sheets. It is very frustrating when you are sleeping to have the sheets pop off!
The hotel was clean, quiet, and safe. It was easy to get in and out of this location. The staff was very friendly and the parking was easy.

United States of AmericaFor some reason we arrived to what was clearly a queen-sized fitted sheet stretched over a king-size bed. As soon as we sat down we could tell it'd be a problem. Sure enough, we had to keep stretching the fitted sheet over the edges as it would snap off with any substantial movement. Finally, we had to just ask the front desk for a king-size fitted sheet. Additionally, there was clearly some sort of large roof leak, and the third floor was littered with ceiling parts and exposed wires. The wallpaper was all peeled, and large, loud fans were blowing to dry the area. Lastly, there is an ant problem. We were on the third floor, so I have to imagine the ants are climbing the entire structure. At first we [obviously] decided not to leave food on the table for longer than 5 mins, but by the end of our two-night stay we had ants on us even while in bed. Honorable mention was the sink that was stopped up. We were able to use a comb to pry open the stopper toward the end of our stay. I still swear by Hilton products, but I have to admit I'm seeing a steady decline over the years.
Quiet and nice atmosphere. Pool was nice. Staff was great. Perfect area for our eclipse outing.
