You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of Americadesk clerks seem preoccupied and short. We were given two card keys. after first day one stopped working and by the next morning the other stopped. I stopped by to let the clerk know that it was inconvenient having them not work, he let us know it was probably wiped clean because of our phone. Good to know… just a bit too late!

We had issues with cleanliness....on the bedskirts of one of the beds was some kind of smear that looked like food. the coffee pot had water in it upon arrival that had an odor. The refrigerator had a separation tray between refrigerator and freezer the was full of water and had yellow growth on it. the last day I pulled back the cover/sheets to make sure I had not left something and found several long black hairs on the sheet....I am a grey/blond. yuck. I did not notify Patrick until after we checked out and arrived home. We left a day early due to illness. Patrick was shocked and expressed his concerned and thanked me for sharing.
Your Staff is amazing. Very nice people. super helpful; very positive and friendly..."Patrick" and not sure (?Nathan?) super guys. they are in no way responsible for some of the cleanliness issues we had and in fact I did not share with Patrick until we had checked out. I don't think it would prevent us from returning.
