For the price, I stayed from Saturday night till Monday morning. $478. And it was the most uncomfortable bed. The bed is hard and the pillows, even though they look fluffy they go completely thin flat when you lay on them. The front desk staff was amazing so if I were to come back, they are solely the reason why. Me and my family did enjoy the indoor pool.

The sink vanity in the bathroom is too high and the toilet is too low. Also very difficult to figure out where the closet was: the full-length mirror is actually the closet door.

Friendly, efficient staff. Modern, clean hotel, even smelled fresh when we walked in the door. Tea and coffee bar in the lobby is a big bonus for us! A variety of teas and coffees as well as water is offered. Loved the afternoon chocolate chip cookies. Lobby restrooms are spotless. Elevators are fast, huge, and totally clean. Rooms are large and bright with big fridge, freezer, great TV, and strong WIFI. Coffee/tea maker provided(we didn’t use as we travel with our own coffeemaker). Excellent bed linens, comfy bed and pillows. Clean blanket is in closet(large w/plenty of hangers)wrapped in plastic. Easy to use thermostat to adjust AC/heat. Bathroom linens and amenities all excellent- super clean. The shower is huge with perfect amenities. Breakfast is good, offerings are better than typical US hotels. Breakfast room seating is varied and above expectations. Hotel has an indoor pool and gym. We didn’t use these facilities, but they looked nice and clean! Next door is a Chipotle and a McDonald’s.

Bed was too firm and pillows smaller than standard size. First night my hips ached from the mattress. At checkin we were asked if we would want our room serviced during our stay and we said no. We still had cleaning services try to come in twice early in the morning when we were not awake.

The breakfast choices and how nice everyone was. Location is perfect also. Rooms and bathroom were very clean.

Strong chemical cleaner smell in room when we walked into room. We had to switch rooms. The staff was very helpful. Found out that carpets have to be cleaned if a pet was in the room recently. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We have stayed here before and sometimes we have a comfortable mattress and sometimes we don't. We have stayed at this hotel for 3 years and I hate to complain but the property seems to be declining .

If they had put us on the first floor. We have a 2 year old and the people under us complained about the noise. He has a lot of energy. Maybe next time we will request to be put on the first floor. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
