Paid parking, breakfast was hot, but nobody hurry up to refill food, so potato and bacon was finished quickly... Small bottle of water costs 3$. No water bottles in the room. In the morning we were checking out the room was cleaned like we already checked out about 2 times when we leaved hotel by our business :-) Also it was no water at time we should check out. It was shortage of water in the whole hotel.

Good hotel, new furniture, overall looks like a real hotel, parking area, hot breakfast, nice people inside. Good location

The hotel is clean, all is functioning but furniture and interior looks tired. Did not feel safe to go for a walk to go to restaurant and shopping. Breakfast was okay but lacked more healthy choices. TV did not work.

Good location. Emmanuel and Auroria were particularly helpful. Unfortunately the elevator motor seemed to resonate through the building and kept my wife, who is a light sleeper, awake at night. We changed rooms once but this didn’t solve the problem. I would recommend asking for a room on the outside wall of the building to be further away from this source of noise. Also the double glazing wasn’t as sound insulating as in other hotels so street noise crept through. Breakfast (included) was very good.

One elevator was out of order, rooms and hotel were dated and it didn’t feel very clean.

One of elevators was out of order, so 1 elevator for the entire building, very long wait for elevator, lots of repair work going on in the lobby. No tea in the lobby and zero effort to restock. Indifferent front desk staff completely not responsive to any questions/concerns/requests. Dated furniture, broken lampshades. Not walkable to any good places to eat at night. Was charged $20 for parking despite not having a car, had to contest parking fees.

The Hilton bed and pillows were great as usual.

The breakfasts are really like plastic and you actually eat on paper plates! Also, I suspect there is a management issue. The staff do their jobs well, in many cases excellently, but they don’t seem that happy to me.

The location is ideally situated for easy access to Uptown Houston. The rooms are clean and the staff does a great job of keeping everything in order. I was very impressed with the way the cleaning lady took care of our room. it showed real care and a commitment to excellence.

the carpet is super dirty and a lot of ants all over the carpet. poor room lighting. old property. the front desk staff have no idea about there job or customer service.

The shower only got warm after 10 minutes. But most of all the fact that breakfast is too fat, no plain yoghurt and real cereals are available. From environment perspective, unbelievable the amount of plastic garbage that is produced per person and paper plates and cups. Real plates and cutlery should be used instead which creates added value to the price of the room and increases the atmosphere also!

Was woke up at 6:40 by the noise from next door room. The room was getting cleaned for next customer. At 7:40 there was a knock on the door followed by opening the door by cleaning crew. They were checking if we are checking . At 7:40am!

That the trash can in the room and bathroom were bigger. You put one cup in it & it's full. Also, it would have been nice to have both elevators working.

The breakfast was very good each morning. It was great having a fridge and microwave in the room. The location was perfect to get to my appointments on time. The staff was courteous and very nice.
