We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Desperately needs to be cleaned or replaced (rm. 209) Others rooms that we previously stayed in did not have this issue. The bathroom is sufficient and had easy shower access however the toilet is very low to the floor, makes it very difficult for people that have issues with their back or knees to get up. No safety bars. During previous stay we had a handicapped accessible room and the toilet was the same height !!! The price was double our previous stay for same length of time.
