This hotel needs an update and we requested clean towels for the next day (2 night) and got back to our hotel at 10pm and no one changed the towels. My husband went to the desk and they didn’t have any clean bath towels so gave him the dry scratchy blue striped ones for the pool.

Coffee needs to be out earlier for folks who need to get n the road due to the weather. The Pool was 'closed' but people were in it? I asked and they said due to a leak in the ceiling the pool was closed but there were people using the pool so I don't know what closed really means.

The Breakfast was fine. Friendly staff.

Bathroom needs to be updated. Found hair in bathtub. Nobody wearing masks. TV in lobby was too loud I could hear it in my room. I asked to turn it down . Next day it was loud again

As mentioned above, the breakfasts were disappointing compare to what they were before. However, there is not much more that you could do. Also, the pancake house is literally next door, so if we wanted something more elaborate for breakfast, it would have been easy to get. The other problem was that the refrigerator in the room really needed to be defrosted. There was no room in the freezer for anything and it was a bit noisy.

I realize that because of COVID, you could not do the kind of breakfasts you had before, which were great. If you were able to do something more than individual packets of things, it would be great again. Rooms were nice and clean, but again because of COVID, I really that you just can't have as many staff as before, but when we did need staff, we were able to find someone.

The facility is rather worn Down. There was a major sprinkler leak which caused a lot of damage theoughout hotel. There was construction being done just down the hall. Not a huge problem but still less than ideal for a 3 night stay. Place could use a refresh overall. Not up to the usual Hampton Inn standards.

Breakfast was very bare bones. Staff was fine.

The floor in our bathroom was dirty, the toilet didn't work had to call office to fix plumbing. Not happy for the price.

The pool was ice cold and nobody was able to swim in it. You could either be freezing from the pool or sweat in the hot tub. Disappointed.

Very noisy next to highway Walls are super thin. Room key didn't work second day the staff only programmed it for one days stay.

There wasn't enough food for breakfast & even though there was an hour left, they said they wouldn't be able to refill because they didn't have any. There was no one in the breakfast area to help for a long time as she was also running the front desk checkouts. We had what looked like urine in the plugged bathtub when we checked in. We asked at the desk if someone could come up & check it out & the gentleman told us housekeeping had already left & he wasn't coming up to check it. We had to pay for parking at check in. There was no where at reservation or in the parking area that said we would & we got nothing 985-8613to put in our car that said we had & they didn't ask for vehicle information. Seems very suspicious!!

It was close to where we needed to be for the weekend & easy to get to. The kids had fun in the pool.
