Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was a little stuffy with no way to freshen the air. The breakfast was skimpy. Limited choices and cold water was not offered in the breakfast room. The scrambled eggs were swimming in some sort of oil which was unattractive. Hot oatmeal was not offered, only oatmeal in packets.
We always enjoy Hampton Inns. This site is somewhat isolated but lovely.

Tha bathroom sink was clearly installed backwards. Instead of fixing it, the faucet was mounted off set in the top right corner. It was very difficult to use without getting water everywhere.

Smell of hotel, not being in the system correctly, not being able to connect to the wifi, pool was not chlorinated enough (water was green), and the prices in the vending machine for drinks were a bit high.
Staff was friendly.

Rooms should be inspected more often. Carpet had red stains in areas between beds and by the desk. Desk chair was broken, shoved under the desk. Removed by force.

The price for sleeping about 5 hour the first day! Couldn’t get me in my room till noon! I didn’t get but 3.5 hours of sleep for 150$ to stay really not worth it! I put a message in as a request I know it’s not always possible but I honestly can see every room is rented at this time of the yr. There should be a discount for travelers/ nurses doing crisis in low income hospitals! This is so stressful not knowing if I’m getting a room at say 10 am or 1 pm and only get 3-5 hrs to work 15 hrs on my feet all night. Most hotels are not accommodating! Beginning to think I should just drive home 1.75 every day & back I can check in as soon as I arrive home😊

Potty noisy all night, also very low to ground. No bread for toast. Toaster half worked. No syrup for waffles.
Eggs were great. Check out guy very nice.

outside looked dumpy. thanks to covid rooms not cleaned unless requested. pool closed due to covid. cold breakfast due to covid. when booking this info should be posted beforehand. greatest disappointment was breakfast. if known I would have booked elsewhere with no breakfast offered and saved money to go out to eat on

I was disappointed the warm food was not available. I was told they did not have a person to prepare and serve the food. Due to lack of employees. We need to discontinue unemployment and get people back to working.

We woke up at 8:30am , went down to eat breakfast which is 6am to 10am.. out of milk for the cereal and couldn’t refill .. not so good when you have kids that want cereal and they are just “out of milk” and breakfast wasn’t even over yet.
The room was nice and clean.

We booked for 2 nights, and they only gave half a roll of toilet paper in the room. Only two towels, no conditioner, and the body soap was almost empty. The pool room needed a good clean, and the continental breakfast was less than expected.

THE ROOM WE WERE SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE WAS A CLEAN KING SIZE HANDICAP ROOM WITH A WALK IN SHOWER. WHAT WE WERE GIVEN WAS A 2ND FLOOR ROOM THAT SMELLED OF CIGARETTES IN A FLOOR THAT SMELLED LIKE MARIJUANA. LIONEL WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BUT HE WAS THE ONE THAT PROBABLY WROTE THE FAKE REVIEWS WHILE SMOKING A BLUNT.
WE DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL. THE PICTURES THAT YOU'RE USING LIKE TO THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND THE HANDICAP ROOM IS A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION AND A BOLD FACE LIE! I DON'T BELIEVE AT ALL THE FAKE REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL!

The girl at the front desk when we checked in had a terrible attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be bothered to do her job. The room only had 2 towels for my family of 5 and my husband asked for more he only received 2 more. The building smelled like mildew when walking in and the 3rd floor smelled like an ashtray. The phone didn’t even work in the room.
Not much. Nothing was stocked when we came down for breakfast at 8:30. It seemed the only woman stocking up anything didn’t have enough help to keep up.
