    When we arrived we was told that there would be no hot breakfast would be served as stated online but instead they gave bag lunches, A muffin are bagel ha ha. And not to mention the room was extremely small with no actual closet but a curtain with a shelf and hangers behind it for your close to hang!

    Was very disappointed in the pool . The water was freezing , hot tup was broke and the air in the pool area was cool . We did report the problem to the front desk and they said the would put in a work order.

    We liked the coffee set up and breakfast area. The breakfast was very good.

    No bathroom fan A/C inconsistent Very Noisy hallway every night Guest in adjoining room tried to enter our room thru adjoining door- twisted lock & doorknob and knocked etc Hotel charged us after we presented pre-paid ltr thru 3rd party- hotel charged us anyway and bank held $500+ 4 days. Waiting for it to drop from pending status.

    Good location to my event venue. Breakfast staff are excellent.

    Rate seemed high for most hamptons at a location that wasn't particularly close to any attractions.

    Beds very comfortable, quiet room that was clean.

    most of the hotels at this level are pretty much the same as far as comfort and clean but what makes me choose most of the time hampton inn its their breakfast even to pay a little more. this time it was a waste of time. breakfast was the worst scrambled eggs cold and soaked in water and bacon stone cold. very disappointed c

    Small rooms, no fan in the bathrooms, and with the joining rooms we could hear everything going on in the next room over. We had rude neighbors so we were up all night. If anything inappropriate was going on I'd be throwing a fit considering I had young kids with me. Luckily that was not the case just people being loud and refusing to quiet down.

    Room 212 smells like pee. I noticed that the property allows animals and I believe a pet may have had an accident that was not properly cleaned. The bathroom shower is really hard to turn on too. My parents were in 214 and they struggled to turn their shower handle on too. Another note is that the water pressure is super low. You must flush the toilets 2 times to ensure toilet paper and everything goes down. It would also be nice to have a microwave in the suite rooms. I know in other Hamptons, they provide a mini fridge and microwave with their suite rooms.

    Great location and staff was super friendly. Breakfast options were great too. Loved using the digital key for my room

    One elevator was out which was out of anyone’s control but still inconvenient. The computer had a glitch during my check in. The money took out of my account and I showed the front desk that but she was convinced she needed to keep running my card. It was added stress to already a stressful trip.

    The property was very clean and orderly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from.

    Small room for a hefty price Bright lights in windows at night I could hear the neighbors yahtzee game next door and I'm sure they heard me talking to my kids

    The breakfast Refrigerator in room Staff was wonderful, especially the gal who helped prepare the breakfast

    my sisters bed had stains on the sheets I asked a housekeeper to change it the next day she said because I asked after 12 and could change them myself.

    I was given a bill for $144 and told that is the final charge. I checked my bank account and I had to pay $159. why?

    We went down to get breakfast at 5:57 am and was told we cannot eat until 6am. Too rigid and tone of voice was stern.

    Bathroom cleanliness.

    There was a stain on the shower curtain, which looked like dried blood. Entry light was burned out. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Biggest concern was the bathroom.
