I didn't like the Indian guy that works at night he was rude and never said hello. When we would ask questions, he would have an attitude. We ended up staying more than we planned cause one of the desk services in the morning would not let us have a late checkout, but definitely let us pay for one more day. So that was weird.

Loved the room. It was clean and comfortable .They let me check in early. That was wonderful because we just traveled 10 hours with 2 toddlers. The breakfast was awesome. I would definitely stay again. And they finally let us have a late check out our last morning. So all n all I love it

This particular location was in the middle of construction so I had to walk around some messes Other than that it was pretty well organized

Breakfast was great , they had bacon but no breakfast sausage other than that very comprehensive

They were remodeling so the elevator had not been finished so it looked a little trashy. Also, the two businesses right beside it made it seem like it was not in a favorable location.

The cleaning staff walked in my room without notice. No privacy. The holes in the wall need to be plastered. Getting in and out of hotel parking lot was challenging. We were initially assigned a wrong that someone else was staying in, not good.

I did not have breakfast. My family enjoyed breakfadt.

Breakfast was just so-so, …dried up eggs… and i got there at 6:15am good thing there were other choices. Room was clean and comfortable but tired.

The breakfast was good but could include more fruits. Also the rooms are only serviced on request. Rooms must be cleaned daily.

Really liked it. It was clean. Staff were super! I have zero dislikes.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! You can make your own chocolate or vanilla waffles. Also has good variety of other hot & cold choices to select at buffet for breakfast! The indoor heated pool/whirlpool was clean & tempture was so nice in & out of pool. They keep the pool area a good temperature so it may be snowing outside the window but the pool facility is just right!!! We will stay again & will recommend to family & friends!!

Nothing.

There was no power due to the snowstorm but was restored a few hours after we checked in. Can’t complain. Room was clean and nice. We’re grateful we got booked after getting stuck 13 hours in traffic at I-95/ Virginia.

Took 4 ten year old girls for a sleepover birthday party - they loved the suite, pool and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

The price for the amount of time I stayed there. The reservations were made by daughter and I was not able to make any changes to the reservations, which I was not pleased about.

There was nothing I didn’t enjoy about my stay.

The front desk staff was very kind and courteous. The room smelled fresh and clean and I could tell that much detail was put into the cleanliness of the room. It was comfortable and very clean, which means the world to me when I’m traveling and away from home. Keep up the great work. There was ample parking and I never had to park far away from the front entrance.

Went to the lobby to go to our room. Was told we had to go around the side exit door to be able to access elevators due to construction. There was no signage and staff was rude about it
