We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I was greeted by Isaac at check in who made me feel welcome and was very friendly and accommodating. At breakfast, Mary was the attendant in the dining area. She was very pleasant to talk with and she took extra care in making sure all of the tables were clean and no one needed anything. I felt like I was staying at a home away from home. Great staff - great stay - great location! Hampton Inn Is where I tell everyone to stay when they visit Boone!

United States of AmericaThe pull out sofa bed was great to have but not comfortable at all. Could feel every spring. I definitely think the sofa bed needs to be upgraded to match the quality of the rest of the room.
Beautiful, clean and modern. Comfortable bed, nice size room. Loved, loved, loved the privacy door to the sink area that could be closed so not to wake anyone else in the room. Great shower! Plentiful breakfast both hot and cold items always stocked full of food not like another big hotel chain that left us wondering why their food items were so limited and meager.
