The room was not as clean as I expected

Room had many broken items. Shower door was pod track and tge towel bar attached to the shower door was hanging off The toilet paper holder fell from the wall the first time my wife used the rest room. The entire 4th floor smelled of Marijuana. . On our third morning in the hotel, my wife was eating breakfast in tge dining area and suddenly water began gushing from the ceiling. We were told it was an overflowing toilet which completely grossed my wife out and we immediately checked out.

One of the best and cleanest Hotels for stays in the area. I have booked here many times and have reservations for several more stays in the near future. However, I was very unhappy this time after learning I got charged for the room after requesting a date change due to the Hurricane Ian advisory issued by the State of Florida. Never got a reply from the Hotel, but did get a bill! May have to rethink my future travel plans.

Room was not cleaned after the first night, despite our request. Tough solved after breakfast. Breakfast was too basic. Could be better.

Overall comfort of the room was good, despite the noisy airconditioning which we switched off during the night.

Room smelt musky/moldy. Found out when we checked out bath tub was leaking to room below. The bathroom was outdated with cracked tiles. Bathroom had dirty towels that clearly where not changed out from previous guests. Had to ask for new ones. The 4th floor had a very bad odor when getting off of the elevator.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK. Good location felt safe.

the room looked very good and updated. but the bathroom was in need of a make over. shower very moldy and cheap shower doors. didn’t fit in with how the room looks. but is was clean.

bed is not supportive. bed and pillows smell like mildew they over spray deodorizer to try to cover the smell instead it causes itchy eyes and is too strong

The only issue I had was I kept getting bit on my face and couldn’t figure out why I had flipped all covers and sheets and checked mattress but couldn’t find anything, but them look at a pillow and found one bed bug. I took a picture and notified the office. Housekeeping came to look for themselves and they upgraded my room and apologized for the inconvenience. The second room had no issues.

The property was extremely clean and the staff polite.

The hotel was in a bad location of town. There were obvious drug users laying on sidewalk outside. Hotel in general was dirty and had an awful smell in lobby. They were using a fragrance (probably to cover stink) that was so overpowering, could not remain in lobby for more than a few minutes.

Breakfast awful. They even took away the dry cereal on Saturday. We were told that Hampton's company policy was to not offer dry cereal on weekends. (I couldn't believe it either!) Trash cans were overflowing in the lobby the whole weekend. The pool deck is overgrowing with weeds, and ants were everywhere. I didn't like the people coming off the streets and asking for money. I didn't like that the floors in the elevator were dirty and sticky. I didn't like the choice of breakfast in the mornings, I think there should have been more options.

I like the convenience of the highways and the local stores in the area. It was easy access to the highway to go to Port Saint Lucie.

My daughter went out to sit and read by the pool one afternoon. Unfortunately shortly after arriving three young adults showed up with a small child -they proceed to pull out drug paraphernalia and began smoking crack. My daughter quickly made her way back to the hotel and noticed one of the workers was standing in the hallway obviously aware of the situation. We were concerned to say something as we were not sure if they were hotel employees or associates of employees.

The tub did not feel clean and felt greasy when I stepped in to take a shower and the water pressure is low and not enough hot water. The bottom of the bathroom door had major water damage. In addition, something bit me on my arm and leg while I was sleeping and woke me up. With that said, the room is possible for bed bugs. The office chair at the desk area in the room was also very dirty and the lobby has a very funky smell. The hotel sadly is just subpar. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

It was very noisy with guests slamming in abs out of their rooms at all hours. Rooms were supposed to be soundproof.
