Was visiting friends in Ridgecrest so did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. I did eat breakfast one morning and although I got what I wanted I overheard many complain about the slow service in the breakfast area (I also seen a gentleman get about 20 slices of bacon at one trip to the breakfast bar). Overall I will stay again if I make it back out there.

I had no complaints about the hotel or the services they provided. It was clean, the rooms were on the small side but adequate for the purpose they were designed for (sleeping).

The whole experience was really good. The only thing that could have been better was the swimming pool. We wanted to use it after we arrived and unfortunately, it was very dirty (a lot of leaves in the water and the bottom of the swimming pool seemed to be very dark). We decided to not even try it! The jacuzzi was better, so went there!

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, after visiting the Death Valley. The location of the hotel is great. It is in the center of Ridgecrest. If you have a car, you can reach a lot of restaurants in less than 5 minutes and there is also a small park less than 1 mile away. Very cool! The hotel is very clean and very well organized. I went there with my husband and my brother and we found 2 amazing, big rooms. They were as we expected and the staff was very nice the whole time. We also had breakfast there. The food was really good! The hotel has also an open car parking space for the night. The hotel has also a swimming pool and a small jacuzzi.

This property is in desperate need of a refresh or renovation. Curtains in room were torn, toilet paper holder barely clinging to the wall, furniture old and in bad shape, as were the carpets.

The property is in a good location and mostly clean. Staff was nice and efficient.

Breakfast was horrible and due to pandemic we were waiting for our turn for 40 minutes, because there was 1 single lady to cook and serve everyone in their turn! and finally we got our horrible untasty breakfast

Upstairs neighbor seemed to be up moving around most of the night. The heated up omelette was horrible, I would never serve that to a guest.

When we came for breakfast, receptionist said they are out of products and advised to visit some café around.

It was not easy to find hotel close to Death Valley, but Hampton Inn was a godsend.

The people above us were running around the room all night and I had to call the front desk at 1 am to ask them to have them quiet down and they never did anything about the noise so it went on until 4 am so we didn’t get any sleep at all we have stayed at this location many times and this was by far the worse experience we have ever had

I only stayed one night because my aunt (who booked the room, but lives in Ohio) could not be reached and even though if I hadn't showed up they were gonna charge her card, they couldn't let me stay past the next morning without talking to her. The reservation was guaranteed and confirmed but the stay wasn't. Which didn't make any sense to me.
