The process to confirm what the pet fee was not available in the application. When I asked & was told $50 (an expected amount) there was no process to then add it to the total fee. Very confusing. How can I pay this pet fee now?

Chair on balcony was broken. Could not use one of the stove elements, called and maintenance came. He said housekeeping often fails to plug in the heating unit correctly, after cleaning the surface. Maintenance also helped open some windows. Kitchen sink - extreme hot and cold water, very difficult to find a comfortable temperature.

We liked the location, the vaulted ceilings, close parking, distance to beach, shops, and restaurants.

The 3 ring binder of "instructions " is in serious need of updating. Listed phone number for off site facility contact was wrong number, and provided DVD player use needs instructions that you have to switch Hdmi cord off cable box to view videos on the TV.

Private, secluded deck area, nice kitchen setup and bathroom. Location great 👍 Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows.

Replace living room furniture. Extremely uncomfortable.

The living room furniture was awful and so uncomfortable and we spent a lot of time in the room. The bed and kitchen and bathroom were small and tight but they were ok. Location ok as it was a short walk to the beach. Just buy some more comfortable chair and couch and we would have been happier.

Living room could be brighter, better lighting. Futon bed was okay but unable to make it back into a couch easily.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable so I recommend you to bring your own pillows from home.

The unit is a bit dated, with the chair in the living room being really squeaky and not very stable. We could hear our neighbors (upstairs and next door) from time to time, but it wasn't too bad and I'm sure they could hear us too. While we weren't there to necessarily watch TV, it was frustrating that the Cable provided wasn't very extensive. I'm picking at the things that bothered us, but it was a really nice place to stay for a long weekend.

The location can't be beat! You're a short walk to the beach, and close to a handful of restaurants, and shops. The unit itself is quite cozy, and was the perfect size for my partner, our dogs, and myself. The unit had everything we needed. The back patio for our unit was great to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather we were having.

The location was fantastic! We were close enough to the beach for a short walk, but also far enough away so that it was a quiet for bedtime. My husband and I both really enjoyed the sitting room and the fireplace. We turned it on for like 30 minutes and it kept us warm all night! The shower was great with the ability to increase pressure was very nice.

The location was amazing! So close to the beach and central to restaurants and shops. The studio may not have fancy amenities but has essentials like kitchenette, Microwave, mini fridge, tv, etc. Check in was seamless and contactless. Would recommend.

The parking spaces were limited but that’s not a huge deal. It’s the cars you need for the rooms you have.
