There was no way to get feminine products when there was a surprise need for them. I wish there was a tiny “store type area” at the front desk for basic emergency items. Also, I wish the breakfast was available later, like until check-out time. Especially if we were out late at the amusement parks, it would be nice to get a little more sleep before we ran out of time for the included breakfast option.

It was in a location close to the freeway/highway that takes you to Disneyland and Universal Studios, and it was next to a CVS and food options. Parking was decent. It was relatively clean.

There was a huge stain in the bathroom, what looked like rust, I was able to get the cleaning staff in and it was just fine. The place is older so there’s missing paint, cracked tiles, overall needs work but it’s clean.

Good location, next to restaurants. I didn’t try the breakfast.

Honestly not a lot the only thing would be to improve the disposable cutlery at breakfast, it’s a little flimsy. It did not bother us but north facing rooms have a bit of an industrial view which can’t be helped considering the location. South facing rooms had views of Imperial Highway but that is to be expected for this type of city location.

We took two rooms one was a suite the other was a queen twin for our son and his girlfriend. The reception staff were very accommodating and always meet any request we even got early check in and a 1pm checkout. Rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard, with fresh towels and sheets if requested. There was a good selection of toiletries if needed. Inclusive breakfast was varied and always fresh and served in a constantly cleaned environment. Fridge, microwave oven and coffee machines in both rooms.

There weren't many negative points, but we mainly noticed that the furniture was outdated, and the hotel was quite poorly located as the nearest highway was more than a 5-10 minute drive away.

The room was large, spacious, and well-equipped. The cleanliness of the rooms was acceptable. The breakfast was very decent and quite comprehensive. There are many restaurants and supermarkets not far away.

The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for the 4 of us and staff were all very nice people. It is located about 20 minutes drive from Anaheim. There are also plenty of restaurants and a Walmart within a 10 minute drive. Breakfast was simple, but it did the job for us - just remember that you're not staying in a 5 star hotel.

The facility is older. The halls smell of stale, older orders. The elevator is old and slow, but glad it works.

The rooms have windows that open so you can air out the rooms. There is a coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge. The bed is comfortable. I've stayed here several times. The beds have been comfortable. There is a simple, but well stocked, breakfast available for early risers.

The TV was older and didn't have a very good screen.

The location was perfect - just minutes away from my family. Cozy lobby with Christmas decorations. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't have any issues with the room or location. The free breakfast had good variety - the attendant insisted on making my waffle for me!
