TV had 3 remotes, no signage or directions for use. No info about the community...restaurants, places to see, etc Both of those are easy fixes. Rooms are small, clean, but dated decor. Only 1 nightstand had charging ports and wall plug. We were here to visit friends, so used the room for sleeping so it was adequate.

There were people below our balcony smoking, and for some reason, they decided it was us smoking on our balcony. Except we don’t smoke. It was resolved, but mildly irritating.

Very comfortable and well maintained. It was close enough to the Promenade that we could walk but not too close, so it was quiet at night.

The location was within walking distance of many of the things we like to do (restaurants, gifts and antique shops). The breakfast bar was adequate and the staff was professional yet very friendly. We would stay at this property again.

I have stayed here before and that’s why I came back. Although it was clean, the property is getting worn out. The Jacuzzi didn’t work and it didn’t look very appealing. Pretty rundown. $900 for three nights not a good value I won’t stay here again.

The fireplace was old and difficult to use. We did not have a bedside lamp until the last day. That was definitely not nice for reading. I was in a more renovated room two months earlier with my husband but I understand that may not have been available. It was definitely more comfortable.

The beds and linens are great. The view of course. The fridge and having a small kitchenette is valuable.

Everything was fine. The hotel was a little more dated than expected. Has a fair amount of interior upgrades and TLC needed. I.e. rust, dents, drywall, tubs. All in all though it was great and a wonderful value. I would do it again.

The ocean view was partial - but then, I knew it when booking. There's nothing I didn't like, really.

A spacious room with a king bed, a gas fireplace, a kitchenette with a real fridge (one that has a freezer)! A good continental breakfast. A pool. Hi Tide has it all!

The door was difficult to open from the outside and the pilot light on the fireplace was all that worked.. Would have been nice to have an actual fire.

The beds were comparable to sleeping on the floor. These were the worst beds and hard as a rock. This is really our only complaint.

I loved that this hotel is right on the promenade and has a full 2-burner kitchenette that was stocked with dishes and cookware. Patio overlooked the ocean, and pet friendly! Heated indoor pool and hot tub, little breakfast in the mornings, free parking, and even a fireplace in room.

Shower was outdated.. basketball team was staying there. They were in the pool when we were. Rough housing, loud, and rude. Would have been nice if we got to use the pool.

Its currently under construction, while it will be nice when it's done, it was kinda crazy/ messy and no elevator, however they offered help taking our stuff up if needed. Kitchens really need updating!

Awesome location, cookies at 6pm, free breakfast, PETS ALLOWED and welcomed!! We loved the balcony. It was clean and comfy, the new bathtub/ shower was really nice!

Our room felt dated and in need of a refresh. The paint, ceilings and amenities showed their age. It was clean, just tired.

We loved the location and the views were amazing. The staff was cheery and helpful. The fireplace in our room was very pleasant and nice on the chilly evenings. The bed was comfy!
