There was also the smell of cigarette smoke all around the area and butts laying all over.

Breakfast was skimpy. Very, very few choices Waffles were OK for a few. Cereal I don't care for. Looking for more of a REAL bit of breakfast foods! The coffee wasn't very good, it was just truckstop coffee!

Our TV would not work even after the manager came to fix it. We only got two towels for 4 people.

We always stay here when visiting in the area. We love the staff and location. The pool is a bonus as we typically have our grandchildren with us. Price is affordable.

Continental breakfast disappointed me. Waffle was fine but no butter to put on it. The only other option was cereal. Sweet rolls were gone. No big deal.

We only stayed one night here, we did not notice anything to dislike.

We had to stop in this area to get some rest while driving from Dallas to Austin, and we found this Hotel. Check in was fast and room was clean. Beds were fine, we were able to get a good sleep. Honestly I did not check for any other services like breakfast, we were just looking for some place to sleep and continue early the next day, and this Hotel was good. There was a McDonalds right next to it, so we just grabbed something from there and moved on.

The check in staff had friends or family present. She was nice but not efficient. I did not feel like my credit card information was secure.

The first room we were given hadn't even been cleaned, so we had to switch to another room. Most of the staff were friendly except one oriental female manager was rude. That was on day shift but the other shifts seemed friendly.

Once we were settled in a room it was comfortable enough.

TV didn’t work properly in either room and when I attempted to turn the tv back on in the move it was in antenna mode and I couldn’t figure out how to turn in the direct tv portion. one more thing when we walked into both rooms the tvs were already on and it smelled strongly of weed. Plus my dad had two crickets in his room.

well when I first went to check in the owners wife tried to argue with me about my booking and telling me check in time is at 2 check out time is 11 but it was 1 o clock and the people still didn't check out then I had to wait until the room gets clean and she didn't know how long it was going to take housekeeping to come clean the room so she tried to put me in a queen room which was going to cost me more so I noticed more and more of her attitude towards me and finally I told her ma'am in the future never argue with the customers cause we are always right and you never know who you actually dealing with as a customer I also showed her photos of the rooms that I stayed in before at the property and under the beds were trash microwaves had food particles and fridge was filthy but my next stay was on point no problem my room was clean sheets were white towels were fresh and everything was disinfected and smelled like bleach I was a very happy camper a very happy health care worker and a very happy surveyor

Room was not clean as it could have been. Everything needed to be updated. Sheets smelled. Bug in bath. Toliet leaked at the base. And would not refill after flush without jiggling the handle several times. The road noise from I-35 sounded like heavy machinery construction right outside the door all night long. Need to invest in a noise barrier.
