The heater in our room was very loud when it turned on, and the rest of the hotel was extremely noisy…we could hear every person and sound inside our room which kept us awake at night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The building and our room were updated and very clean. The hotel was easy to find in the city and was close to lots of restaurants and shops.

I was charged for the buffet breakfast and wasn't told that it would be an extra charge, until I was brought the bill. Since breakfast and coffee are normally included everywhere else, this was a surprise and a disappointment. The facet in bathroom was coming out of the counter, only 1 mirror (in the bathroom with little counter space for make-up and hair stuff needed to get ready). The wall/towel holders and hand lotion "holders" looked like they we're about to fall off the wall. The bed was "mushy"/extremely soft (which I prefer firmer, due to back problems), and the fitted linen sheets where not put on properly and not pulled onto the mattress (shotty job). The side-entry door was noted as not usable, so I was closer to my car on the end of the building and I could go OUT that way to load/unload my belongings, but had to walk all the way around to re-enter. Most nicer places allow the customer to "swipe" back in through those doors for convenience and less walking with heavy bags.

The location was great and the only reason I chose this property, although many others around the same place, I wanted to "treat" myself to a higher-end experience; I didn't feel like it was better than any other brands with slightly lower costs and FREE breakfast. The pool looked clean and inviting, although I didn't bring my suit.

We had to ask for more towels, coffee, didn't have but 1 bar of soap for a 3 day stay. We think you could provide juices ,toast, as well as coffee, self-service ,in am with no extra charge. No ice machine on our end of hall,(211).

By quiet I was by the back door.... Employee entrance... OK. Second it was very convenient to our Harley ( to load and unload daily. Great!!

We only ate at the hotel once, but it was very tasty (Breakfast). Would recommend it to all travelers.

The bathroom has a barn door which offered no privacy. We had to put the comforter inside the duvet cover. The bathtub did not look clean.

The low toilets. We are both in our 80s and felt like we were sitting on a toddler’s toilet. Thank goodness for the bar that was attached to the sink countertop. We experienced that same problem when we were at Hilton Garden Inn in Greenwood, Indiana recently.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating as I had recently had knee replacement surgery and they put me up on the second floor clear down the hallway. We went back to the desk and explained the situation, and they gave us another room on the first floor, close to the dining area and exit. We especially liked the make to order breakfast.

The noise of anyone out in the corridor could be heard within the room. It seemed louder than what you normally experience in other hotels. It somewhat detracted from the enjoyment of our room in the morning when we were trying to sleep. Wife felt like the tub needed some type of slip resistant material installed. She said she felt unsteady when taking a shower.

The Lobby Coffee Bar and in room coffee maker ,refrigerator and microwave were convenient . The Staff was very responsive to any requests we made during our stay., The happy hour was a nice added amenity.

We chose this hotel because it had an on-site bar. When we arrived at the bar we were Informed they would be closing because they had very few customers. I understand that to a degree but we were paying customers and would have spent our money there.

The room smelled a bit like food, but probably wouldn't bother most people. The air conditioning unit fan only has one setting: LOUD. It sounds like an airplane is in the room when it's on. Other than that, pretty amazing experience.

Breakfast was alright...pretty standard. The location was PERFECT for me as I planned to ride the razorback greenway trail and I found out in the morning that it literally passed behind the hotel. 28 miles one direction all the way to fayetteville of uninterrupted multi-use path. Amazing. The staff were incredible. So sunny, helpful, truly genuine and conversational. A very relaxed environment for a couple days break from the cross-country road trip. The hotel is on a busy road, but was set back enough to feel safe and private for a single female solo traveler.

We didn't eat breakfast. It didn't look very good and you wanted $8 pp for it. There were rude guests allowing their children to run up and down the hall screaming..a whole group of people...at 10pm. I understand this was not the hotels fault though...just completely rude guests.

The staff was great and helpful. The location was centrally located to everything and safe. The whole establishment looked clean. I'd stay again.

I’m sure at one time the property lived up to the Hilton Gardens name, but the “gardens” are now overgrown with weeds and the grass needs a lot of help. This didn’t affect my stay but I hope Hilton will spend the time and money to correct this before my next visit.

Friendly and helpful staff. Aurora was nice enough to walk me through the WiFi connection on my iPhone 😁 The room was nice and clean!!
