Bathroom had not been cleaned well. Long black hairs all over the bathroom floor from previous guest.

The front desk girl said I’m room was cleaned but hadn’t been inspected yet. It was 2 o’clock & we needed to get ready for a wedding. I asked her if she could give us another room that was ready. It wasn’t till I asked for a manager that she decided to give us a different room. Her name was Madison & she had a bad attitude. Set the tone for our whole stay bring greater by a not so nice front desk person.

Room smelled like chlorine. We were above the pool. There was a 6 inch square of carpet that was cut out with a new piece just laying on top. Fall hazard. The handicap bars in the shower looked like they were coming loose from the wall

The price… you have a 3-star hotel with 5-star rates…I realize it’s racetrack season but you are gouging your guests!

front desk clerk p.m was rude as well as the a.m front desk . Not sure who the man was but he was very helpful and kind but the girls were rude.

The pool water was cold. Yes, it was October when we visited, but we had considered jumping in the indoor pool. The water was cold, so we didn’t end up doing so. Not sure if it’s supposed to be heated, but it certainly didn’t feel like it should’ve! Also bummed out there was no hot tub/jacuzzi.

The room was clean and overall, very comfy after a long day of hiking and walking the town! The location was great… a little further down Broadway, but it makes up for it by being SUPER close to the state park.

Room shower included mold/ mildew along the grout. It would have taken 2 min to apply chlorine to clean the area.

The breakfast was supposed to be a hot buffet. Upon arrival we were told that breakfast would be cold cereal and fruit. We were told that if we wanted a hot breakfast, there was a pack of frozen taco type food in a mini fridge in the office that we could put in the room microwave. When we went to the breakfast area at 9:10am, the was no food to be found.

The gym was closed for renovations along with the front of the hotel. I wish I had known the gym was t opened because I like working out. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had know, I would have gone to the Saratoga Hilton. B

My room was nice and clean, no issue. The only issue that I had with the hotel was that no where on your site did it state that you were under construction. I had another person verify that I was correct. Two days before I was to come I received an email concerning the construction. This was not acceptable because I do use the gym which was not available. You need to let your travelers know about this issue before they make a reservation. Thank you
