Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWhen I checked in there was a guy hanging around the check in counter that seemed to be visiting with the person checking me in. He stood in too close proximity to me and later tried to approach me while I was waiting for my husband to park the car. This made me very uncomfortable.
it seemed clean with particular attention to amenities.

United States of AmericaThe dining room was really pretty, but uncomfortable - the seating was too open and cafeteria-like. the chairs were hard. We just had over-cooked coffee and then left because we were too cold. The view is pretty nice There was a fire alarm one day at about 6pm. We could not find the stairs from the 4th floor! The EXIT signs were all along the hall, some with arrows pointing to nowhere -but the stairs were at the far end from our room and there was no sign marked "stairs" - we made wrong turns and finally made it outside, but if there was smoke it would have been impossible. Then, after the fire department came and gave the "all clear" the staff could not find the key to turn the elevator back on, so we had to find stairs again to the 4th floor, which were outside. the whole experience was exhausting. Even so, we forgot about it after we got home until looking at the photos later. The Hilton should probably do something about the signage, though, and if you have any trouble walking - or anxiety, ask for a room on a lower floor near the stairs!
The staff was nice and accessible. The rooms are big and very comfortable, with large windows. The little frig holds more than enough for a short stay. bed was super comfy

ThailandWifi was difficult to connect. This happens to a lot of people who stay at Hilton. Idk why but you can Reddit it up. Also the lady server at the restaurant was rude(dinner time) and definitely did not live up to Hilton customer's service standard. Pissed me off but I didn't have time to complain.
Hilton itself always met expectation. Bed is bed. Shower is shower. Nothing out of ordinary.

United States of AmericaI wouldn't say it was a big issue, but it would be nice to have an item or 2 on the menu for children. We were traveling with a 3 year old, and her only option was a large portion adult meal. It would also be a nice idea to remind diners with children that there is pepper on the fries. Again, it's not something a child will eat. Ended up being a big waste of money. It was nice to have a place to eat without dragging out after a long day on the road, just a couple of suggestions for families. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn't run it at night. Luckily, it wasn't overly warm. Once we turned it off, the room was quiet, and the black out shades really helped make it sleep friendly.
The hotel was very clean. The staff were nice, professional, and helped any way they could. The pool was perfect for a family swim after a long drive. Our rooms were decent sized and having connecting rooms allowed our granddaughter to play between rooms.

United States of AmericaWe were staying 2 nights and after a long day of car travel took showers the first night. We didn’t know we would have to use the same 3 towels the next 2 days. Damp towels were kind of gross. :(
Loved the pool!! We had our 4 year old granddaughter with us, who is high energy, and it was a great way for her to burn off excess energy and relax.

United States of AmericaThe mini restaurant was a D (and I’m being generous). Overpriced breakfast was too small, and tasted absolutely terrible. Someone needs to order the pancakes and ask what’s wrong with this picture. McDonald’s down the street is a much better value, and tastes 10x better.
The property was absolutely perfect. Room was great, bed very comfortable, staff was friendly, and room was extremely clean. A+. We’d return just for the room. The little store on the property was fantastic. Everything you’d need and then some! Huge selection. Well done!
