Room not cleaned each day and with room rate, I'd expect a daily clean. You can request a clean each evening for the next day which they do "free of charge". Room itself was very small with very little storage space.

room cleaned and fresh towels only every 4 days unless you request 24 hours in advance. pretty poor. restaurant is not 24/7 as name suggests.

perfect location, only 2 minute walk to the beach and a store across the road for all you need. room was quite big and specious and restaurant handy for quick breakfast in the morning

Breakfast place was always busy with long lines and same with Starbucks. View was other buildings not the beach, so not that great for the price paid.

Only stayed for one night, however room was great. bed comfy, clean and staff pleasant. Wasn’t a long walk to the beach maybe 10 mins max.

Like a lot of buildings in Hawaii, you can't hide the age.

Close enough to everything, far enough from the main strip noise. Lovely view of the ocean, friendly staff, fast lifts. Rooms were well insulated. Strong hot showers. A troublefree stay.

it wasn't on the beach. I am 88. I couldn't go to the beach as I had planned. I was mis informed . I wanted to lie on the beach. I didn't get to use the Resort fee.

pool didn’t look the most updated and breakfast coupons were not flexible at all. we skipped 2x the breakfast because we did not want to eat 6 times the same breakfast.

With the COVID crisis, getting maid service or even a change of towels was a bit of a struggle.

Breakfast was excellent, and a good value add on for the price. Only issue was some of the restaurant staff were adamant about no substitutions even for a cheaper meal. Exact same breakfast gets a bit monotonous.

dresser broken, small closet and only mirrtow in bathroom better light by closet. Nice ocean view and nice balcony.

Room was a little small and could have been a little better equipped. Dresser drawer broken, refrigerator not working, but they fixed that, closet very inadequate,small, room could have had more mirrors. at least one in room so 2 people could get ready at same time.

The hotel lobby was beautiful, but the rooms were a little rundown, and there was a shortage of staff because some of the amenities were not open.

We were told that the maid would not come in unless requested, however the maid came and cleaned our room without our knowledge. It was very intrusive feeling. Also, the hot tub area was dirty and the hot tub did not work.

View/location was fantastic. We were on the 19th floor and still had a great view! The staff was friendly and the valet was very quick.
