The little details that should have been addressed when the rooms were updated but weren’t.

Not that I didn’t like it. However I would have the rooms professionally painted and maybe change the paintings in the room. Also. Put four full size towels in the king rooms.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Nice staff and hotel was quiet. Bed was comfortable as well

The place is very worn and run down; in need of updating. It wasn't a bother to my family and I, but it didn't look as nice as it's pictures.

I liked the space of the room we got, it was just right for my family and the beds were really comfortable after our long drive.

1) The lady that checked us in was new and didn't know the prices of the ice creams, so she just charged me the highest price listed for what I got. I got 2 cups of ice cream and it cost me $16.65. Yes I paid for them I had already opened it. 2) The A/C in room 114 didn't cool very well and the toilet needs tightening down. 3) After 10:30pm I had to ask the front desk to tell the kids to stop running in the hall. The about 12:15am, 1:20am, 2:12am and the at last they stopped and the ones upstairs started.........OMGoodness!

The check-in staff was nice. She made fresh coffee. As we went to our room and opened the door, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the A/C was struggling to keep the room cool. I loved the fact our room was on the bottom floor and right at the front hall. The morning/breakfast staff was amazing. Good choice of food.

I didn't like that the floor was wet sort of like it had oil on it and I almost slipped and fell.

Dirty. Mattresses stacked out side entrance looked as if they had been there a while. Stained pillow case showed poor housekeeping. The breakfast was cold. We won't stay there again.

The rooms were outdated, and the blanket had stains.

Check in and check out was quick and convenient. The staff was pleasant and the area was safe enough I wasn't uncomfortable.

It seems it’s gone down hill a little since we first started staying there. I think there was some refurbishment going on (although you couldn’t tell it on the inside) and alot of trash and old furniture was on the side of the building. It felt dirty so not real sure we will stay there again.

The hotel was being remodeled and I was not told when I called the hotel. The room ceiling was damaged and I was still charged the full price. Over all, the motel would have been nice if it was not for furniture all over the place. It needs a good paint job also.

My grandson liked the pool. The room was comfortable.

They were in the middle of renovations. Some of the furniture was outside due to lack of space. Other pieces were moved around and so parts of the hotel were not usable. Some of the electrical sockets in the room did not work, hair dryer, lights. I think maybe it would have made sense to do partial renovation, while leaving the other side available for guests

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The only thing that I didn't like is that they were doing construction and had everything out front. I understand that they are improving but that should have been on the booking. When it gets finished it will look good!

Not enough electrical outlets in room, bathroom could have been cleaner, shower wall had a crack in it below the shower head, workmanship on painting and caulking could have been better, ceiling had a stain where there had obviously been a bad leak at one time and the repair was very poorly done, need to add dehumidifiers to AC systems because the room was always damp to the point where the floors were slippery. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and not had this dampness problem. Perhaps after the renovation is completed some of these issues will be fixed.

The bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet, and the location was convenient to the places we wanted to go.
