Noticed a tooth brush up high on the mirror in the bathroom. Must’ve been missed by whoever cleaned the room. Overall things were pretty clean though. The Internet seemed a bit slow.

Only needed to stay one night. Breakfast was quick and easy to take with. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have used the kitchen if needed, was surprised there was a kitchen included for that price.

Breakfast could be more a breakfast instead of just muffins and snack bars. The hallways could smell a bit better instead of like a musty smell. price is a bit steep for an extended stay

The handicap bathroom did not have a raised toilet. The handicap parking spaces were full of glare ice. The breakfast was basically muffins and coffee.

I didnt like the children running around the halls and the odors of the cooking from other rooms. I understand that the property cannot do anything about that, but that made my stay a seven (7) and not a ten (10).

The clerk who checked me in was not friendly , Used "i have no idea" often.

Used the leaning ironing board and my purse on top of the air conditioner to keep the curtains closed. Some of the outlets did not work.

The people are great! Very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. The water temp and pressure were wonderful. The grab-and-go breakfast was a nice surprise.

The cleanliness, the worn out refrigerator and wood and other things. After two days there (I stayed for six nights) I asked if I could get housekeeping the next day. They informed me that they don’t clean rooms until you’ve been there at least two weeks. I know it’s an “Extended Stay” hotel but they know it’s used as a traditional hotel too. So in other words no housekeeping. I had to take my towels to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones. It advertises that you get a free breakfast. For breakfast they open this little cabinet across from the front desk and they had granola bars and bagged muffins. That’s it. That is your breakfast. The front desk area is extremely small so you could just about touch the desk and cabinet at the same time. Just horrendous. I should have left after two days. After the fact I’m upset with myself for not going somewhere else.

There was no car port. The room had an awful musty smell to it. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t shut the door unless you got behind the door first.

No public restroom, ( people need to use the restroom after traveling!!! ) The room was sprayed with air freshener and the air conditioning had a air freshener in it that smelled horrible. Not very clean, and the room had pet fur in it Our room had a very Lumpy bed. Upon arrival the desk clerk gave us a key to an already occupied room on the third floor, and we had to have our keys re-issued to a first floor room and move all of our things back downstairs ( theres only one elevator! ). Very minimal breakfast was provided, coffee, a muffin or a granola bar. The kitchenette that we were staying here at this hotel for had no dishes in it or silverware for use. Lots of weird activity going on around this place in the evening, I wasn't able to rest here at all and didn't particularly feel safe outdoors in the evening at this location.
