The staff was never there. She was always outside. And the phone did not work in the room you could call front desk but they cannot hear you.

The breakfast was not bad at all. The pool was small but perfect.

The breakfast was not actually available people were fighting over food. Almost everything was not available. The hotel should state “First come first serve”.The hotel seemed as they were under staffed.

The cook Saturday was very rude and hostile he got into a confrontation with another guest and was sweating at him and many children were there and now my two year old is swearing using his fowl words . The guest walked away and the cook followed him out telling him to find another hotel . Not what I came to the hotel to see.also we had to call several times on Saturday because we had no hot water. And no towels at the pool.

The hotel was short of staff and had an inconvenience with the night staff. He wasn’t pleasant with one of my family member.

Cleanness can be improved inside rooms and even common areas like gym and pool bathrooms. The mattress of the bed was squeaky and had the “hole” in the middle. We needed more light inside the room.

The size of the room was very convenient. The breakfast was also very good, with different options, at least much better than other hotels of the same category. Soap, shampoo and conditioner Dove is provided. Parking available.

The room was clean except for the mildew in the shower. We only stayed one night so we didn't shower because we could wait. The AC unit was an energy efficient one so it cycled all night which kept disrupting my sleep

Great location for what we were doing. The breakfast was plentiful with muffins, cinnamon buns, bagels, pancakes (diy with machine), scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelets, egg white and cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, apples, cereals, yogurt, juices, milk and coffee. The bed and pillows were comfortable

i just have 1 complaint...my room smelled like BO when my son and I just checked in. Everything else was great.

The location was not the best. The hotel was not well marked and because it was on a divided highway, if you missed it you had to go up the road and turn around, which wasn’t the easiest to do.

Breakfast was actually very good. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy.

The hallway was rather hot. Not sure if this was something that could be helped, but maybe turn the AC down in the summer?

We were on a road trip and had a very poor experience in the hotel the night before. This stay was so refreshing in comparison! Great breakfast with lots of options, clean rooms, attractive decor...Far better than our previous night. The rooms were spacious and inviting. The AC worked perfectly in both rooms booked, and the bathrooms were very clean.

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the pool not being open.

What I liked about this hotel was the variety they had with the hot breakfast bar which included pancakes, sausages, eggs, and a variety of pastries. The friendliness of all the staff, the rooms were very spacious and spotless

The room was a bit stuffy when we arrived. Once we turned the air on it got better. The bathroom ceiling had a bit of water damage but nothing too obvious. We also were asked to put down a deposit of 25 dollars for security which would be returned, But have not received as of yet. We stood there almost a week ago.

I liked the look of the hotel, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent!

staff didn’t have masks on and sofa bed was disgusting. Ice machine was broken and our refrigerator in our room was leaking.

That there was no camera 's facing the parking garage and two couples staying at the hotel had there car broken into and Christmas gifts stolen. Also the hair dryer was broken. That needs to be better quality.

The staff is very welcoming, the breakfast was a added plus, but the beds and pillows were the best.

We ordered in and that was tricky as the man at the front desk stated to one of our couriers rudely, “He does not take orders from outside because they’re tricky” but we wrote for our courier to come in and drop off our food at the front door which they did so that was an easy fix after that mess. Or we just went out to eat. We also missed the turn to come in a few times, just by how the road is set up. The pool was closed at the time so that ruined our plans a little but definitely think they should create more deals if it is still closed. As both of their pool and fitness center were closed.

Check in was fast and easy, checkin lady was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and well sized for my husband and I. Shower worked wonders no problem. Breakfast was to go options mostly and you can sit at the lounge (we did not because of Covid) but they do provide a great amount of to go options for a couple during these times. They were very clean and accommodating with toiletries. Overall a nice, friendly clean hotel. Would stay again.

NOT ENOUGH STAFF! As well the ac in the room was not working well it was leaking water and the rug was soaked by one of the beds. Not only that but the bathtub drain and bathroom door was broken.

I loved the customer service I received from management (ERIC) he was a one man team. Not enough staff Eric managed to be the front desk attendant as well as maintenance man , and breakfast set up. I felt so bad for him he was running around trying to accommodate everyone on his own. His customer service was exquisite and because of his service and friendly domineer, I will make this my main hotel when I come to visit family in New Britain.
