There were bed bugs in our room. We notified the front desk at midnight when we discovered them and with a little insistence, they did switch our room. They then charged us double what we had booked the original room for and told us we needed to work it out with Booking.com even though it was their error. Although all front desk personnel were very pleasant, there was no manager on duty but one did correct the bill after our departure; however, even though notes were left, we have never had a manager contact us about the bed bug experience which I think is poor customer service. Also, no soap is provided at the sink and some beds had a sheet under the duvet and some didn't which seemed strange. Additional comment on May 23rd. I note the hotels response of not finding evidence of bugs. The photograph included is one of the two bedbugs we picked up prior to notifying the hotel desk. That is a bed bug! I did not stick around to find more and although we attempted to show your hotel staff both the bugs and the photographs of the bugs, they had no interest in looking at them and verifying their identity. I hope for the next occupants sake, that your company did a thorough job of treating the room!!

Basically got no sleep as there was an all night party above us, with loud music, stomping on the ceiling and lots of yelling. Missed the mark for us. Management did address with guests but it was 4am before it stopped. TV had to be refreshed every hour.

Breakfast was good, the porter was fabulous for the breakfast and his hard work. Kudos to him for doing it by himself, he needs a raise! Close to our event.

Please see what I did like....

Nothing. There was a terrible odor in the hallway of the 3rd floor. Although there were no smoking signs on the doors instill smelled like stale cigarettes. When we came in the front desk informed us that they over booked and gave my room to someone else. There was a hole in the wall of room 301 (my new room) and the 2 queen size bedroom suite had limited lighting only by the bathroom and the night stand. The tv remote didn't work so I immediately called the front desk requesting a new one. Kristina stated she would bring one up as soon as possible. But I guess she forgot because I never got to change the channel. I could barely see the keurig which was stationed on some kind of movable tray. Lastly during breakfast while awaiting those infamous cinnamon buns another guest used her fingers to take some instead of using the thongs/utensils that was available to her. I cannot refer anyone to this particular establishment due to the unpleasant experience that we had. I do hope this helps management address the much needed changes so that the next guest will enjoy their stay. 3 thumbs down.

There was only intermittent hot water over the course of our 5 days. We had times that we had to forgo a shower because there was no hot water. The plumber arrived on our third day and the repair lasted a day. The breakfast was not worth eating. The eggs were very dry as were the sausages. The pancake machine was broken on our last day. It was coffee and cereal before we headed out in the morning. We were on a non-smoking floor however that apparently didn’t cover marijuana. Our floor stunk so much that it began to seep into our room at one point.

Staff was friendly and room was big.

-smell of smoke -old food in the fridge -dirty socks in the pullout sofa -no linen

The lobby was nice but the smell of over used air freshener hits you when you walk in the door. We checked into the room but did not physically enter the room until after dinner. When we went to the room and opened the door it immediately smelled of smoke, as if someone had just t freshly smoked in the room. As we are sitting in the room I realize the bed spread on the bed was not the right size and there was no extra linen for the pull out sofa for my children. I went out to the desk and it took over 30minutes for someone to appear. I asked for more linen and was told all they had was dirty linen in the basement. So there was no linen for the bed for my children. When I went to open the pull out side there was dirty socks stuff in it. There was also leftover food in the mini fridge. Lastly a nice man who heard the man at the desk tell me there was no linen kindly gave us the bedspread from his bed. I also asked for a new room and was told there was no extra rooms.

It was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The sink in the bathroom was cracked, wall paper falling off, ceiling falling apart, floors felt sticky, cuts in the wall with tape covering them. Bed was so stiff and our body's are so soar now. The curtain didn't cover the sun light out. It was so bright in the room when it was daylight. The tub was very small.I wasn't happy at all. I would never stay at this place again. If I was you I would pay the extra to go to another hotel. I've slept at motels better than this place.

Bathroom was alittle dirty and the curtain in the room was broken. Also the smell was alittle weird. One of the lights in room didn’t work. The phone was dirty. Just needed to updated I think. The pool wasn’t open.
