Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThere are no restaurants within reasonable walking distance so if you do not have a car your only dinner option is the very limited "bar menu" in the ground floor bar. Airport shuttle schedule is every 45 minutes rather than every 15 like in many other "airport hotel" properties.
Property is very modern and sleek. Room was large, bed was comfortable and bathroom was huge. Airport shuttle is complimentary.

United States of AmericaShuttle bus from the airport was horrible. We needed to wait 45 minutes at the airport (sitting in the bus), as the arrogant driver informed us that we needed to wait for other passengers from other planes, which apparently hadn't arrived yet.
Hotel was clean, located about 7 minutes walk from Blue Line T station. Breakfast was good and diverse (Chef was aware of allergens). Nice staff at the front desk.

United States of AmericaPrice was high and shuttle was not running when I needed it.
The hotel looked very new. Rooms were comfortable and spacious - felt upscale. Breakfast had standard options and the food was good. Website said 24/7 shuttle to the airport was available, but when I arrived it was only available certain hours so I was unable to use it.

PortugalThey said the airport shuttle was included but then we waited for days prior to our arrival for an answer on where to wait for it and if the driver knew our arrival time. They never answered, not even that same day after several attempts, and, coming from Europe, we didn’t have service to call the front desk when we got there… We took the subway and the front desk staff said there was a lot of traffic (we arrived at 3PM…) but that the driver was counting on take us to the hotel (he wasn’t at the airport yet at 4 because of a delay). we also thought Beachmont is not a nice area and that must be the reason why the hotel is a 2 star hotel, there is no other explanation. It was perfectly fine to walk to and from the subway station during the day, but we didn’t feel comfortable walking there at night so we never used public transportation to come back
Most of the staff was really nice, well-informed and always in a good mood. The bedroom could easily be a 4-star hotel bedroom, with beautiful modern decor, a big tv on the wall, microwave, mini-fridge to use, a big shower, a desk, a couch and perfect heating. The breakfast had healthy options and I was so pleased, we stayed in different 2,3,4 star hotels throughout the country that only had bacon, waffles and things like that…so I was able to eat bananas, boiled eggs, tomato slices, yogurt, drink almond milk - all great :) The subway ride is a short one to Boston’s city center and the airport too.

USAHad to go downstairs to front desk to get food deliveries, no housekeeping for five days, and when I extended my stay it cost more each day and I no longer had a beautiful view. My room the first night was the best with view and the least expensive. I stayed four nights.
Staff and hotel and breakfast and wifi.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is very new and our room was sparkling clean. It was great to have a free breakfast in the morning and the staff was awesome. Especially the guys from the Night Shift and the breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect especially when traveling by car, there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel. And the access to the interstate right in front of the door. When traveling by T, it takes approx 20 minutes to get to downtown crossing - which is totally fine.

United States of AmericaDining options are limited in the area. Bar service was poor, sat there for 10 minutes while the bartender chatted with the one guy sitting at the bar and never asked us if we wanted anything. We ended up just leaving

United States of AmericaThe breakfast staff was really nice, and it was pretty good for hotel breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of the Beachmont MBTA station which was fantastic! Our car broke down, but we were still able to see Boston because of the hotel's proximity to the train. Cute restaurants and stores (Target) are all within walking distance of the property.
