There was nothing I didn’t like.

Everything!!!! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, cool, and bed were comfortable with big pillows marked soft and firm. Amenities more than any other hotel I’ve encountered. And breakfast was top notch! I lingered and didn’t want to leave!!

I was on an end room by the stairwell and kids kept running past my room, made it tough to fall asleep after a while. I had just finished an 8 1/2 hour drive and had a 10 hour drive the next day. So I was pretty tired the next day.

Very small issues-no USB ports for chargers, bedside light switches too high to reach while in bed. (had to get totally out of bed and stand to reach)

The only downside was that the parking lot was pretty full, so we had to park around the back. Not a huge thing, but walking around the building with our suitcases to the front was not my favorite being so pregnant. I think there was a door in the back we maybe could have entered with our key, but it was dark and someone was out smoking beside the door, so it wasn’t where I wanted to go (still under the ominous impression then). Other than more parking, it was perfect!

This property was our favorite stay by far. I was a little nervous, as we arrived after dark, and I had read that Amarillo as a city was not exactly the safest. In the dark, it seemed a little ominous on the outside. We couldn’t have been more wrong stepping inside, however, as it was beautiful. Our room was super clean and very nice, and it was one of the best nights sleep I got (I’m 7 months pregnant). We were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful our stay was! And the breakfast was the best also, both in terms of variety of choices (yummy pancakes!) and how well stocked. Loved it!

I have zero complaints.

We were fully impressed with this hotel. The lobby was clean, spacious and had a wonderful aroma. We were happy to open the door to our room to find it welcoming and well appointed. The closet was large. The room had ample seating spaces, lights and table top areas. The bathroom was one of the largest I’ve seen except for luxury resorts. There was a TV in the bathroom! Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner was provided in the shower/bathtub. The lights switches on the wall lit up with a little red light (nice touch)! Our king size bed was comfortable with labeled pillows (2 soft and 2 firm). We had a mini Keurig coffee pot, microwave and small fridge. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options. They had the auto pancake maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, walnuts, apple juice, orange juice, lemonade, milk, chocolate milk and even Jif peanut butter packets! I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

bathroom - no where close to place your towel when taking a shower except on the toilet which is about 5 feet away from away. The light from the smoke alarm is very distracting and made it difficult to sleep.

I am Not A Fan of Pets inside of any facilities.

Everything about the hotel was acceptable to me and my wife. Very spacious and the bathrooms were Huge. Breakfast was totally Awesome. Good Stay.
