You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We are a family of 5. A 10 yr old and two11yr olds Well theres 2 beds a pullout couch with a long chair. When i went to ask for 3 extra blankets they did not give me any issues as other places have given me. My kids were able to use them to lay out on the pullout and cover up so thank u alot!

United States of AmericaIt shows incorrect on google maps of its location. I only booked it because of its location which was incorrect after I arrived in Edinburg. It was actually located 2 miles in the wrong direction. There were other hotels that I could of booked that were much closer to my family’s event.

United States of AmericaWas not allowed military discount due to reservation online. Odd that another Holiday Inn Express did provide on-site military discount a couple of months before. Remote battery weak and used a spare that I had. Kitchen was dark where the microwave and fridge is located. Lights were blinking in the room during the night. Could be weak batteries or bulbs... one was bluish flicker and the other was yellowish light flicker. Window blinds switch did not work. Desk clerk was vague in replying to our options to stay one more night so didn't pursue.
Quick online reservation without paying. Quick check-in and check-out with knowledgeable desk clerk day shift. Easy entry into the room. Very clean and welcoming asthenic. Punctual and great breakfast. Convenient access to elevator and ice maker. Loved the bed and lounge chair. Great setup for disabled. Great parking for disabled and happy to have luggage cart usage.

the personal in the front desk were awesome my trip was for medical purposes and they make sure i was comfortable I’m bad with names, but he was in the morning shift excellent young man! the place was very clean and the room was excellent clean comfortable beds. the facility itself felt very cozy! 💯
