The only thing was just asking for toilet paper in the room, sometimes it was enough to support four of us.

Location was adequate, breakfast was spot on, did make a difference because it save money in the morning.

The hot breakfast was not up to its usual standards. We stayed 7 days , mostly had egg fold overs, potato, and sausage. no biscuits and gravy, bacon only once- I got the crumbles, and ran out of those wonderful cinnamon rolls. There was a problem with the coffee creamer cups. They curdled. Told there it was a new batch in, she pulled all and got new ones. Great. The next day they curdled again.

We had to wait a few minutes to get our room key but worker apologized and was friendly.

We liked the fact that even though pet friendly the room was clean and didn’t smell. Another Holiday Inn Express in Amarillo was very smelly.

I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi working on my phone in my room, the message came up that there was no record of my name or room.

Very good breakfast, and the location was good as well. I liked the room size and the toiletries. Also I loved having access to a workout room.

Genuine and friendly staff. They were willing to help me and never made me feel uncomfortable about a mishap that I created. Laundry room actually worked. I've stayed at many places over the year and I always get to a hotel that has broken appliances leaving me with a pile of dirty clothes to go home with.

Staff behind the counter never looked up from reading her book. Not a big deal, but hmmm... she is working and might say "hello" to guests. They were helpful when asked and always polite. Thanks.

Very clean room, and overall facility, campus all well maintained. Nice! The breakfast was on time, hot and a very nicely laid out. Everything was easy to find, clean and organized for breakfast. Well done.

the indoor pool showed to have a hot tub in the pictures online, it is why we chose this location but there was not one on site. Warner blankets would be nice as the rooms get cold. - this is by no means a complaint but only a suggestion. the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I was pretty satisfied with our stay. Towards our last day someone came in the hotel Smelling like weed and stunk up the hallway but our stay was great.

The staff, this is including housekeeping, was very friendly. Front desk, every single person was very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The room was a king with so much space. No smoke smells, crisp and clean linens, clean microwave and Kuerig machine, bathroom was spotless with all DOVE PRODUCTS. SOAP SHAMPOO CONDITIONER LOTION.... very nice touch. Great breakfast in the morning, as well. I stayed for 6 days for family funeral. My stay here made it much more enjoyable despite the circumstances. I am definitely going to stay when I come back for ANY reason. Thank you HOLIDAY INN for a very pleasant experience 😊

I found that we had been charged twice for our stay. Original charge was correct but there was an additional charge for 100.00 and no explanation. we did not charge any additional items.
