You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere is construction going on. Housekeeper came in our room while sleeping, even with sign on door. Reception told me our room was vacant even before checkout time. I explained to her I checked in Friday 18 you check me in she stated computer saying vacant I explain no mam I'm still here until Sunday Not enough room to park we came in room at qa.m had to park somewhere else this lady took up two space so Noone would park next to her car this hotel needs to take license plates down for emergency purposes

United States of AmericaI did not like that 1 particular housekeeper kept knocking on the door early in the morning and when I went to the door no one was there. I peep my head out the door to look down the hall to see the housekeeper walking away. Didn't bother to say anything. So I loudly said yes, she replied sorry. Maybe it was a mistake. But it just felt like I was constantly being disturbed.
The beds are comfortable! The showers are amazing! The breakfast was good! The rooms are very spacious. I love the sitting area being separated from the beds.

All ice machines were out of ice kids (teens) running in hallways late at night One night of our 3 night stay did not provide room service. Each morning Room service was knocking at 9 am and still wanted to come in when we were trying to get ready for the day. No Do Not Disturb signs provided. No restock on coffee and creamers in room when service was provided. Second night key card would not open doir do had to seek assistance

United States of AmericaThe checkout was underwhelming. It seemed as if asking for a receipt for my stay was an inconvenience and it left me wanting. It would have been nice to hear "thanks for staying with us, I hope you enjoyed your stay" or something. Instead, the computer screen seems more important. Very impersonal. Customer service didn't seem important, but night time staff was attentive and friendly.
