it smelled dusty and dingy, I accidentally booked my hotel from Friday to Sunday and I needed it from Thursday to Sunday. So the night before I arrived I called the hotel to extend by a day and was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that the hotel was sold out and that no rooms were available. I then went online and was able to book the additional room for Thursday called the front desk back at the hotel and told him I was able to book and rooms were available why did he lie he told me that his manager told him to tell people that they were sold out. then when I checked in I asked them to bridge the rooms so we didn’t have to check out and check back in potentially out of different rooms and they told me no because we booked separately. because of that Friday morning we had to check out of the first reservation and then check back in for the additional reservation because they didn’t want to bridge our reservation.

Water bottles purchased from the office were a little pricey at $3 each.

Thanks for letting me check out at 1pm instead of 11am. This allowed me to run the race I was in NH for and then return to my room and shower before driving home.

Staff in particular at reception were not accommodating. For example we reached at 2.45 checking time is 3. For 15 minutes they said you have to pay. They had us sign membership to make it free.

Ran out of some items for breakfast. Booked 2 rooms together well in advance did not appreciate them being far so far apart. There was no extra roll of toilet paper avaliable our room was missing body wash but other family room had it. Hot tub was not warm just pool with jets.

The hallways smelled like a mixture of marijuana and mustard, the heat/cooling in the room was not easy to adjust and it was either way too hot or freezing cold. The mini fridge was not turned on and I had to call the front desk to ask how to turn it on. The hotel overall looked like it needed some work.

Location to the things we wanted to do was great and the agent who checked us in initially said a top floor room wasn’t available, but “moved some things around” and was able to switch our room from first floor to third.

Beds were not as comfortable as other hotels we have stayed at but not the worst. was not a fan of the pool/jacuzzi being closed down Saturday and Sunday. We picked your hotel based on the availability of your pool for the teenagers in our group. As the three teenagers and one child in our two family group were accompanied by adults when we were able to use the pool early Saturday morning for a short time. We left for a game and later on the pool was closed that evening.

location, the employees were nice, breakfast was really good and the person working it was busy could have used a helper but was very nice and attentive even though was extremely busy on Saturday and Sunday they should be recognized for their great customer service. i loved they allowed parents to use the lobby room to watch the games and socialize.

The pool was a little cold and kind of dirty looking for how nice the hotel is and how much it costs! Also the elevator was a little slow! But glad they had one!

That they have a hot tub and pool! Rooms are very clean good breakfast but get there early or some stuff is gone especially bacon! Staff was AMAZINGLY nice and helpful!!

Daily maid service would have been great, but because of Covid restrictions that service was suspended.

Hotel front desk staff was super nice and inviting. We had the King Suite, and for two people it was more than enough room/space. Room was very clean. Included breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, juice, etc. Compared to other hotels where things are prepackaged because of Covid, this hotel had an ample help-yourself breakfast with a large enough space to sit and relax and enjoy.
