You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe carpet was sticky...we wore shoes the whole time. The blinds in room 201 don't work with the remote and no one could help us so we had to flip them up to get light in the room.
Facility was up to date and the staff was extremely welcoming. Breakfast was yummy. That shower head is amazing. Cynthia at the front desk was so nice and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe property is somewhat run down. We were adjacent to the washer/dryer room and there were people who did not honor the 10 PM closing time. We heard voices from the halls in many languages other than English, chatting it up in the hallways at night. If you’re coming to DC and think you can save some money , sure. But be forewarned.
The breakfast was good. I appreciated the ‘veggies’ in the eggs. It gave the eggs more taste.

United States of AmericaAlthough the bedding and furniture were clean, the hallway was malodorous and the smell was worse upon entering the room. I wiped down hard surfaces and sprayed with Lysol Disinfectant spray and the odor quickly returned. (I highly recommend the walls, windows, curtains, and carpet undergo a deep cleaning). Lastly some of the housekeeping staff are rude. We asked for an extra set of towels the morning before checkout and was housekeeper inappropriately asked “aren’t you checking out today?” Quite inappropriate.
Convenient location, reasonable cost. Free parking on the premises is always a plus. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy.
