Checked out a day early and was told I would need to get in touch with booking.com for refund. I responded to a booking.com email for the refund but have not received anything yet. Including no response whatsoever.

Thought the breakfast was included, and it was not.

The parking lot looked like as a trash area with lot of olds furnitures..we prepayed for breakfast but only the half of the group got originally breakfast voucher. And the room only had towels for 3 people although we booked the room for 4 people.

The room was nicely renovated and furnished. The size of the room was nice for 4 people.

Restaurant staff was rude and slow. We ending up walking out. Our server would not take our order when we asked multiple times and she made a face behind my husband’s back so we got up and left. Hammering going on above our ceiling at 8am.

Front counter staff was friendly and accommodating. Air conditioner was blasting.

The staff was great. Nice, there's a restaurant right there. Free coffee in the room or at the front desk area. The only thing that was dirty was the hall carpets needed a good shampoo. The room was clean and comfortable.

I couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi without calling someone to get it bypassed, my husband and kids devices wouldn’t connect at all, the toilet was super low, and wished the breakfast had been included. couldn’t get comfortable in the bed

No breakfast and not even complimentary coffee in the lobby. Stayed at 10 different hotels on this trip and HI was the ONLY one that did not have complimentary coffee.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included for the price we paid. My error....thought I was booking Holiday Inn Express 2 blocks away, which included free breakfast and had cheaper rates.

The hotel itself was in renovation so there was a bit of construction going on. Having to pay for breakfast separately was unexpected. It was also a little noisy as the I-5 freeway runs in the back of the property. Not too bad but I think I was tired enough to fall asleep quickly and it not bother me as much.

The beds were really clean and comfortable. Pillows were perfect! Enjoyed having two sinks in the room plus the bathroom was very spacious & great water pressure. It was nice having a gym & restaurant inside the hotel.

The facility is definitely in need of a renovation. It appears that is in the plans. The place is just worn down.

The hot tub was broken. There were many things that needed repairs. Our shower door were in very bad shape and hard to move.

The refrigerator in the room was very loud with a whining sound. We had to move the very heavy chest it was in and unplucg it to get to sleep.

We asked for extra pillows, and with a maybe half full hotel, were told there were no extra pillows. The room was clean but the hallways were in poor shape. Not what I expected for nearly $200 per night.

Only problem with the stay was when i left i forgot my skull candy ear phones they were on the top of desk and when icalled them to findout if the maid turned them in the staff didnt seem to carei called back again when i tracked them and there last know location was not the hotel they left the hotel at 6pm , i left message with front desk for manager to call me back never got response, since it was almost Christmas i decided i wasnt gonna get the cops involved but i wish manager would of called me and would have talked with maid she was the only person in my room beside me and husband.

Room was clean aliitle pricey we had great service from the waitress she was there throughout our entire stay and was great nice respectful didnt flirt with my husband, very professional.
