The hot water for shower.. was only like warm… and my feet were black from walking in room from floor… and the tv remotes didn’t work properly

The reconstruction of the center was a mess. The “lobby” was pitiful, albeit temporary.

I’m just not sure it should be open yet, given its state of reconstruction.

Well….. they are doing construction, so it was a bit dirty and raggedy on the first floor….and confusing to maneuver around, but that’s to be expected. The main thing I didn’t like was , They had a bunch of teenagers running the front desk, A young girl maybe 18 or 19, was sitting at the desk, in jeans and a t shirt, on her phone, eating fried chicken, and she had two young boys up there with her , goofing around and playing,watching tik toc. When I walked in they didn’t even acknowledge me, as I was waiting to check in. They just moved out of the way and the young girl said “ checking in”? While still chewing her chicken. I checked in and walked to my room.She didn’t explain thing! Nothing about the amenities ,or the easiest way to get to my room, nothing about how to contact room service or anything! ( remind you the Hotel is under construction) I was disgusted, but didn’t wanna ruin my sons birthday weekend based on their ignorant hospitality. I found my room eventually. Thank God the room was nice.

Person at desk could not find my reservation. Ended up paying more for room and took the new years room package at additional cost. And when we got to lounge we were told that they didn’t have us listed to be there. So we just went elsewhere to bring in New Year’s Eve. Seams to be a lot of confusion with every step we made there. Some training may be needed !!! Breakfast next morning we were told at 9:30 that doors would be closing soon. So we went to Waffle House across the road so not to make them late to close.

We found leftover food in refrigerator in room. construction items were found down hallways as the lace was in middle of renovations. The breakfast buffet was set up in the bar area which was dark and crowded.

This property seemed very overpriced on a Friday night. . The water for showers was lukewarm at best. The coffee maker did not work and there was no hair dryer in the room.

It was old, run down, bathrooms were old and tub looked old. carpet wasn't clean, their was construction or something going on the 3rd floor so carpet was dirty in that area. All around it so over priced, did not include breakfast either.

The toilet flushed very slow and the based of the toilet was cracked and had a small leak.

The room was clean and plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable, had two great nights of sleep.

very dated. rugs coming up. popcorn ceilings. old paint. uncomfortable furniture in king room. lightbulbs out. artificial lighting in room. elevator floor sticky and smelled like spilled beer. The place needs attention.

The hotel itself was very dinghy with the carpet pulling up in the middle of the hallway. You had to be careful that it didn’t trip you. Our sheets had black specks on them when we got there.

This is the first hotel that I have ever gotten texts from asking me how things were going. it was nice that they were trying to check on us and the room. The location is perfect and the view was beautiful.

Public areas looked worn. But they are renovating (though I didn't see anyone working on it).

The staff, hands down. I requested non-feather/no down pillows and they responded both with a message and with the best pillows I've ever had in a hotel. Kunal at the front desk made a great first impression for the hotel. Also, they parking lot was plowed quickly after the snowstorm.
