Bed was not comfortable and cheap mattress. No blankets for cold weather nights. Made for an uncomfortable sleep. Bathtub plug wasn’t working.

There were numerous homeless surrounding the hotel. Numerous signs indicating that the establishment was not responsible for any damages or stolen items from your car. Stating, park at your own risk. Obviously there has been numerous insidious. When I asked where should I park I was answered with, “where ever you want, it is a free country.” Which was an alarming answer. During the evening or early morning I lost a full tank of diesel from my truck, about 25 gallons, while being parked two spaces down from the front door entrance. I did not notice it until i was down the road a bit and my engine light came on.

1st Room looked like it needed vacuumed & there were dirty baby handprints on glass floor to ceiling window. We were ok with those issues but ultimately the kingbed white sheets that were soiled with a Pink/Red Stain made me decide to call front desk. Front desk attendant was very apologetic & took care of the situation immediately.

All staff were friendly & professional. Quick resolution to an unacceptable room & easily changed to a much better Cleaner Room. Everything was good in 2nd room.

We and my sister had a room with very few power outlets. There was no where to plug anything up. The bathroom sink clogged easily. And the tub leaked.

The doorknob was tricky. It went up instead of down - Steve really helped us in figuring out how to get into the room.

I liked the staff. You have great people working there at the hotel. They were very helpful. Beds and showers were nice. Wish we had stayed longer to swim in the pool. Breakfast was tasty.

Was not informed that they were not doing breakfast until that morning. It was no regular coffee in the room only decaf and when my husband asked about coffee, they said it’s in the room.

My room was clean, bed was comfortable, and had a fun view of watching people fight over parking spots. The pool looked great but we never made it down there.

The property is older than most hotels in that price range. For example: there was a hole in the wall in my room. The carpet looked old. The grout in the bathroom needed to be replaced.

It was close to restaurants. Only a short drive to downtown Sacramento.

Wasnt the greatest on cleanliness. The hallways and doors were very dirty and needed to be painted. Felt like an old old hotel that hasn’t been redone in years. Stains on the floors and furniture in the rooms.

Very convenient location. Price was affordable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

the whole place seemed dirty as a whole, the wall paper was peeling off down every hall, the floors look like they’ve never been vacuumed, shower tub was cracked, leak above shower in the paint so assuming the same thing was wrong with the upper bath tub. There were spiders in the room corners, and although I watched someone mopping the tile floors they were still dirty all day long. They also charge you to take food to your room from the restaurant instead of sitting down to eat, and one last thing, most the doors have pry bar marks, kind of concerning.

The beds were comfortable, water was hot and stream was strong.

Behind the window we found spider webs on the top right side corner and on the bottom corner there was dust like it hasn’t been vacuumed.

Parking lot really needs to be put on top of honey do list for everyones safety im surprised no injuries on open service holes and potholes everywhere , also elevators are fast BUT could really use a good scrubing
