Other guests at the hotel were loud and disruptive in the night. The hotel did deal with it though and it was not the hotel's fault.

The price for the stay was a little steep compared to the other hotels in the area.

The staff was awesome, breakfast was delicious, and the kids loved the water park.

The Pool/ Hotel Security Team, in addition to our server at Breakfast was most kind and welcoming! The Front Desk Team (other then Sarah and the gal she appeared to be training upon our arrival) needs to learn a few things about general customer facing etiquette.

Hotel was clean and ready for our arrival. Pool area was also tidy and the birthday party crew we brought had fun!

two things I’d suggest, the bathroom door in our room was heavy with a self closing mechanism. my youngest got her finger pretty severely pinched because of it. for a hotel that’s pretty family oriented I would not suggest the self closing doors, not sure the purpose but if that. secondly though the water park is older looking we really enjoyed it. the pool staff is conflicting to me though, noticed none in actual pool attire like standard lifeguards, one was sleeping, most in their phones with headphones in and one was crocheting. if any parent or guardian was expecting lifeguards to actually be looking out for the safety of their children you’d be greatly disappointed. It was a false sense of security and safety and my own opinion I’d rather no lifeguards in that scenario so parents are in full watch (as they should be anyway).

loved the pool amenities, it was a doable family vacation for a solo parent trip with young kids.

The pool/ water park closes for 30 minutes 2 hour after opening the "cleaning" and they lock the pool area and kick you out. No cleaning is happening during this time. I also got a room with two queens and a pull out sofa. The sofa was actually not a sofa at all but a chair that pulled out which was disappointing to have less seating space.

The room was a good size and had a full size fridge. Also the staff at the front desk was very friendly.

The bed sheets could have been cleaned,i dont think they was very well cleaned had like coffee stains on them and the tub wall could have been cleaned. Wish the waterpark was open not just the small pool for a teenager.

Hotel staff were friendly (which was great) this is about waterpark staff- a group of them just gathered around the life guard at main pool and no one watching the small children's pool. They didn't tell some boys (12 to 14) to stop jumping into pool which was clearly against rules posted. Later when cleaning, pool closed but these same boys were in pool area and in water...... your pool staff made me feel unsafe. They were not professional.

Under remodeling and hotel staff kept the lobby clean. Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean.

Any food/drinks were pretty expensive but you’re paying for convenience.

The staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was great, the pool area was AMAZING, snack bar in the pool area, restaurant and coffee shop in the lobby, great location, clean rooms.

Hello, I stayed for a night away/ father's day. I experienced spiders in the bathroom and over my bed and some crawling bugs on my carpet that were long. Spiders perhaps are a bit natural, but not the other type of long bugs. I had hair on my sink/ toilet/shower. (I had my own Lysol so i used it-just not what i wanted to have to do as a guest getting away from home.) It was late when I saw these things, I didnt raise a fuss, but none the least I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room.

We received conflicting information from different staff members regarding checkin/check out, extra fees, and meals. It was difficult to eat on site at the restaurant.

The facility was family, friendly with pool and arcade. Our room was large with separate bunkbed for children.
