Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Booked 2 rooms ,got to check in and put my family in 2 separate location but able to changed it to one location but different floors😔never got a parking pass, the guard stop us to ask for it.but we just told him whatroom we r checked in and let us go through.
Staff are very pleasant . Kyle,Sergio and Nathalie are very helpful and accommodating

We couldn’t get the room to cool off for sleeping at night but maybe we would have figured it out if we stayed longer. Hot tub for our building wasn’t in service but there was another option at the club house. Entrance to the garage was covered in ice and extremely slippery - would suggest some rock salt.
can’t beat the location for skiing at Heavenly. Kids enjoyed the ping pong tables and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked to have the door between our adjoining rooms unlocked and to use the facilities same day after we checked out. Bistro bar was a convenient place to watch March Madness.

not enough shuttle staff. had to drive because we couldn’t get a ride. the tram wasn’t functional the whole time we were there. the advertised transportation is a big reason why we booked and we couldn’t use it. very disappointing

the first room we were allocated wasn’t a part of the resort at all our room felt like being in a prison room with a tiny window overlooking the car park ramp. after much complaining we were move to a better location at the resort. the website is very misleading there wasn’t any room cleaning with fresh towels each day.
we enjoyed the outlook from our 2nd room

No hot water in the showers. Renovations at the hot tub and pool area after they had all the time to fix these during COVID.
The rooms are very comfortable with a complete kitchen. Location is great near the Stagecoach lift and very convenient for Skiing.

The facility was far from the casino area. Room was not made up every day. Only one waste basket in room. The water vents in jacuzzi were not all working. There was no tv signal for 24 hours.

Had NO CONTROL of temperature in room. Thermostat did not respond. TV and internet went out.

They didn’t have my reservations when we got there even though I had emails and booking number. Finally they gave us a room that was a studio when we had paid for a villa. Finally got straightened out but was a negative experience for a few hours for sure

Room very hot only had ceiling fan no a/c. Asked for additional fan but it never was provided. Person that gave me room key was very condescending.
Great covered parking with easy access to room. Room was clean and neat.

1. NO AC!! To be fair, booking.com did mention that none of their “villa” have AC, but I assumed my simple room is not a “villa” so should have one ;). 2. I took a room with kitchenette, there was no dishwasher and sink was so small that it wouldn’t fit even a dinner plate, so was very inconvenient to wash the dishes. 3. It seems it is a very old property and my room seemed to be renovated but needs more remodeling to make it more comfortable as per today’s standards.
Location, perfect spot if you want to stay in the mountains. I had a beautiful view from my window. Main market is just 15 mins drive away.

No AC. Was hot! Staff were great, facilities were not in good working order. Old, loud, and out of repair. Broken outlet, very loud exhaust fan in bathroom, spiders, NO DAILY ROOM CLEANING, carpet ripped, beds were VERY uncomfortable. Water shut off for hours. Staff were awesome. But facilities were worse than my own home... and it's old. We couldn't wait to leave room to go other places. Sorry... but really didnt enjoy facility.

The sleep number bed was uncomfortable. We disliked how the food and other amenities were in a different building

Sofa bed mattress was depressed from one side needs to be changed , sofas old , carpet old needs a change . Dining chair in bad shape , need to be changed . No house keeping for normal stays two or three nights but only for guest that stay for a week or more .
Fully equipped kitchen with all requirements and sleep Number beds .

High up in the mountains. Properties were a little far from each other. No AC. Definitely needs new carpet. Had a hard time getting a hold of concierge and front desk. I assume they were super busy.
Peaceful and a good place to stay. Especially for big families and for a snow vacation. That’s if your a cold (meaning winter) person or a skier.
