My room had a constant stream of cold air coming out of a vent near the bathroom.

Overall it was a nice stay for 3 nights.

Window shade torn, closet bar seriously bent, fan vent in bathroom cracked, handle of shower water control falling off, bed sagged in middle and pillows lumpy- just lots of small maintenance that isn’t being kept up with. We love home2 and want to keep coming but it’s starting to look a little run down.

Bed was hard and breakfast was not that great at all. To many people in a small area. No direction. Felt very chaotic.

There was a strange smell emanating from the neighbourhood. I couldn't tell what it was. Only felt it when you step out of the hotel premises.

The room facilities are good and quite adequate for a business or leisure traveller. I liked the breakfast.

I must use a CPAP machine during the night to sleep. When I plugged in my machine, it would not work. I tried every plug in a 4 gang outlet, nothing. I plugged it into the lamp outlet, nothing. I used plugs that the clock and lamp were working in, still nothing. I took it across the room to plug located at the counter across from bed, but still nothing. I assumed my machine broke. The next morning, after no sleep, I decided to try plugs on the other side of bed that my husband slept on. I tried the plug in the lamp and the plug on the wall next to the phone, nothing. Then I found a plug under the little tabletop shelf that the phone and lamp were sitting on, and finally my machine came on. Some of the plugs seemed as though they were dummy plugs because the prongs would not go into the outlet at all. The issue with many plugs not being in working order is a major one, especially for someone who must use medical equipment. We love staying at Home2U. Our son lives in Dundalk and the noise of the congestion of street noise is hard on us since we live in the country without another house in sight. Home2U is enough out of the noisy parts of the city that we can relax without traffic just outside the window. Please, please fix the electrical outlets in the rooms. We want to visit again !!

Because we brought our dog, I asked for a room at the end of 1st floor hall near door to take dog out and park close to our room. We had the perfect room and were very happy that there wasn't noise of people coming and going that would get our hound-pup barking.

Our room could have been cleaner. There were used coffee pods in the coffee maker and the room had a musty smell. Also the carpet needs to be changed out.

I have stayed before and the rooms are very large. Full kitchen and lots of storage. This is nice hotel for families and people traveling with a pet. Very helpful staff.

The pillows were far too soft for my liking. The breakfast was a bit limited. Only 2 omelets when I got to the warmer they were gone. The bacon was way over cooked but they did put outa sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bottles was completely empty and the face wash had about one pump left. It was obvious that they hadn't been refilled in quite some time. On one uses a pint of shampoo or conditioner in a few days

The hotel is easy to get to from I 95 or White Marsh Center. It appears to be fairly new. The concept of having outdoor grills is just great, especially for extended stays. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice large screen TV and very nice towels which is one of my pet peeves

If I hadn’t stayed somewhere else the night before, I would have been thrilled with the hotel. But, the beds and bedding at Comfort Inn and Suites were far superior. Also, Comfort let us keep our bicycles in our room while we were allowed to store them in a locked meeting room here. We locked them up inside the room but, they still could have disappeared so I was not as comfortable.

Home2 Suites by Hilton in White Marsh is a great stop for those traveling up and down the East coast. The hotel is located in an very nice area near many places to dine. We recommend Michael’s Cafe and their Split Level Chowder and Crab Cakes. The suite was well-appointed and comfortable too. We did not check out the pool area but, there was a walking path and dog walk area. The breakfast was the average “free” breakfast at any hotel but, it filled our bellies and was just fine. The staff was friendly and helped me get on the internet which was a little tricky (I am not an internet novice).
