To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Shoutout to the AGM who was able to help me with my check in and assist the GSA as they were having troubles. The team in place were very friendly and helpful and made me and my family feel very welcomed.

United States of AmericaParking is located in a parking garage under the hotel. one time during my stay the elevator from the parking garage, broke. everyone then had to use the stairs. Thankfully, we stayed on the second floor and the elevator was fixed next morning.

United States of AmericaThe elevators we out of service but we were fortunate to be on first floor. They were quick to get them fixed. It had a bit of a smell but nothing a small candle didn’t take care of. May be from the cleaning products. The staircase area needs to be cleaned. Carpets we’re pretty dirty and unattended to in the stairs-ways.
The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and very kind.

United States of AmericaThe location can be more noticeable/ recognizable on the map for Uber/ Lyft drivers, but I be would suggest driving while visiting in Atlanta. I had a unwanted little guess visit on the walls in the kitchen before I ended my night but other then that it was a nice place .
The breakfast was very delicious and well prep for the short time I stay. I would definitely come back or recommend this spot.

DenmarkThe sound proofing wasn’t great. You could hear the guest above moving around up to 2am, as well as everyone else (we were two doors from the lift). Breakfast was up to 10am and we arrived right at 10. The two female staff members were the quickest people I’ve seen move - they were literally tidying everything up as we went to get breakfast. One piece of advice, be at least 10-15 minutes early. Also I’d paid for a King suite and was given a room with a double bed. The receptionist checking us in failed to mention this, and if it wasn’t that I always check my bookings I wouldn’t have been any the wiser.
It was exceptionally clean and modern. The suite had numerous plugging sockets available. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen facilities were well kitted out. The gym had no water available to drink after working out.
