There wasn’t anything we disliked.

Our room was nice and clean. The staff were so kind and always smiling and helpful. The kitchen staff was especially wonderful. They worked so hard each day to keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked. They need a tip jar 😉

However, the eating area was too quiet: no music at all feeling lifeless. (In comparison to Hyatt Place or Hilton Garden Inn breakfast areas which have life). The brown, brown, brown paint of both the eating area and lobby felt lifeless too: it desperately needed big living colorful flowers like Mainstreet Durango! Lastly our room #212 refrigerator was super loud and the kitchen smelled like an old meal when we walked in, but the smell went away after we turned on the AC.

Multiple entries to the building were convenient. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, clean and a nice basketball court too. The breakfast eating setup was nice too. The 2 ladies and young gentleman running the breakfast should get a raise.

When we pulled out the sofa bed there was peanuts and crumbs. But other than that we had a great stay.

We had asked to be near our friends when we booked over 2 months ahead and received a response the same day, saying, "We're happy to let you know that the property has confirmed they can arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." However, at check in, they said we wouldn't not be near each other (we weren't even on the same floor). Also, when we got to our room, neither key worked, and my husband went to wait in the line again to get the keys fixed. When he came back, one of the keys worked, but we had to go back a 3rd time to get the second key to work. It wasn't he end of the world, but it was a little frustrating.

The location was great and my family all enjoyed the breakfast - wonderful options and very helpful staff. We felt safe and slept well.

We wish y'all would go back to the Monday-Thursday reception social, it was one of the main reasons we re-booked. However, doing it on just Wednesday was awesome, plus the drink selections were on point and the chili was delicious. Breakfast was delicious! It would be nice if there were more fruit selection and hard boiled eggs.

Can’t overemphasize how absolutely exceptional the staff is! The staff was incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful. The entire facility was well kept and still looks and feels brand new. The rooms were spacious, well thought out and very clean. Breakfast was great, they changed up the protein (meat) options every morning.

the room needs upgrading in the tech area. No usb ports in the lamp bases or on any outlets. Furniture needs the be upgraded as well . shows lots of wear .

it was nice and close to all attractions and activities. Breakfast has been good with the exception of having pulled pork with eggs. Not a real common combination.

Very clean, comfortable suite. The bed was very, very comfortable. Having a large refrigerator in the kitchenette was super convenient and helpful. The breakfast buffet every morning of our stay was outstanding. They served something new/different each morning, and the employees were very courteous, friendly and helpful.
