Pet friendly was NOT user friendly for those without pets. A dog in the room next to ours was left in the room alone for long periods—pet whined & barked repeatedly. Staff on desk could do nothing because owner was elsewhere. After three calls to desk about barking dog, Judy (who had just come on her shift) very kindly found us a quiet room at 8:30 p.m.

Employee Judy managed to find us a quiet room with no pets nearby.

They did not honor the request for our late checkout - even though I called to confirm before booking. When I called the front desk at 9am, he stated that we could only have 30 minutes past 11am. I’m disabled and so is my husband who served 22+ years in the Military and our daughter. I had asked and explained that we needed until noon, legit hung up after saying no. So I wheelie myself to the front desk and Judy is an Angel but nothing will erase me breaking down and crying for some type of mercy.

The pictures you see are actually worse than how nice & clean the Homewood truly is, they do not do it justice. Judy is the only person in the 4 days we were in MA & NH to show any humanity, she should be running the entire facility.

This hotel sits at the top of a hill in an industrial park. While there is a coffee shop about 1/3 mile walk, there is virtually nothing else in the entire area. We had to order food to be delivered.

The hotel seemed new and modern. The rooms while decorated as basic as possible were passable. Wifi worked well, guest laundry was convenient, and overall the staff was helpful and pleasant.

The breakfasts have deteriorated since we last stayed and not up to usual American hotels. They only cleaned the room once on day 8 during a 10 day stay which they said was due to COVID.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and I particularly like that they have a refrigerator, a hob, coffee maker and a microwave. We were there as a large group and, as the restaurant area is only used at breakfast, this was a great place for the 25 of us to meet as it was February. When we last met there in the summer, we used the large patio area and made use of the barbecue grill. The pool is warm and clean.

The sheet set for the pull out couch had a softball very dark round stain on it. The linen appeared clean but the stain was gross. The cushion on the pull out couch had a stain and needed to be shampooed. My app key wouldn’t unlock the door.

Breakfast was good, however at some point before it ended the cooks stopped cooking. We arrived at breakfaat half an hour before they closed. The pool also was very foggy, and full of loud unsupervised kids who were jumping in and splashing my 3 and 4 year old.

We had a suite so that my parents could stay with my husband and I, and our 2 kids. The suite was perfect size. Loved having the fridge and kitchenette to make spaghetti os for the kids before going out to eat. Saved us money in the long run. Room service was awesome about bringing up some extra pillows to set on the floor in case one of the kids fell out of bed.

A mixed bag - with a bit more care (internet, elevators) it could have been an outstanding stay.
    • Business trip
    • Couple
    • One-Bedroom King Suite
    • Stayed 7 nights

Very slow internet unless you paid extra $4.95 a day - not cool, especially that one evening, without any notice there was no internet at all, which was highly disruptive for our work; it was supposedly being "upgraded." It was restored only after 10 am the next day, and was no different from the day before - we still had to pay for better speed as the standard service was just too slow for even basic use of the internet. We also did not like the fact that there is this bizarre habit of leaving dirty laundry in corridors at rooms' doors and these heaps stay for hours if not days, looking like hell. Also garbage bags piling up next to the elevators - really strange. Although the room itself was very clean when we checked in. Another bizarre coincidence maybe - when we first arrived, we could not check in for an hour due to the fire alarm and massive firefighters and police presence- smoke was detected, and one of the elevators was out of order. By the time we were checked in and bringing our luggage up to our third floor room, the second (and last available) elevator went out of service too. Seriously, Hilton???? The super nice staff carried our luggage while we climbed the stairs but perhaps some more attention to the upkeep of the hotel's infrastructure would be called for.

It was a very spacious one bedroom apartment; living area/kitchenette was separate from the bedroom which allowed one of us to work when the other was still asleep and/or resting. Very pleasant and always polite staff.

We have stayed here many times because of its proximity to family. The breakfasts have declined but are now very, very poor. Rotten bananas, poor range and the same cooked meal presented day after day. The rooms have not been upgraded and are tired, mattresses very old.
