We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe morning of checkout the hotel decided to test their fire alarm system at 10am. I called the front desk asking if I could get a late checkout and the person I spoke to said “there’s a fire in the building, everyone is downstairs”. Instead of saying “no or we’re not offering late checkout” they basically said the message stating “this is a test” was false. Checkout is at 11am so I wonder if the “test” was a way of making everyone get up and checkout on time.
The location of this hotel is great. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

FranceThe hotel has seen better days, but still remains functional. The selection of pastries for breakfast varied by day, sometimes a wide range, sometimes little choice. Sometimes the room was too cold, had to wear a cardigan. Internet connection was good, including for videoconferencing.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with all my queries. Once even booked an Uber for me when no taxis were available. The bed was very comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft. The shower was perfect, with high water pressure. The desk was big enough for teleworking. The hotel is situated in a very safe area, very close to the harbor, conveniently located for walks. Also, there are restaurants nearby. breakfast coffee was good.

ItalyWi-Fi is horrible even with the code for premium and I couldn't login in Hilton Honors. One elevator works upon its own wim. I did not get room service and when I complained the counter boy just said they were understaffed. The manager solved the issue.
Top position. 8th floor is ok to sleep. Personnel at breakfast was kind and helpful. When I had a problem, management intervened to solve it.
