Slight odor from the refrigerator and breakfast cooking in the hotel kitchen, but the fan eliminated that. Single ply toilet paper not great and toilet handle needed to be held down to completely flush. Bathroom sink faucet was not strong on hot. With some remodeling upgrades, this hotel could be even more competitive with the other nearby hotels.

Property was clean, but showing wear and tear on furniture and finishings, tub, etc. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet, no noise from other guests, which is a strict hotel policy :), and no noise from the heating/cooling system, which worked very well. All appliances and tv worked well. Lobby was nice.

The breakfast was good enough to get you to start your day. I always loved this property and then the rates went high. We had to come for a funeral so was off season I guess and the value was great. I stayed at Red Roof Inn last time and it was awful... awful... full of illegals and not clean. I got sick. I will always try to stay at a Hilton Hotel.

The mattress on the bed was definitely older and worn out. Our back hurt after 3 nights. There was never bacon at breakfast, only sausages every morning, it would have been nice to have bacon at least one morning.

Close to where we needed to be, professional, knowledgeable staff, decent breakfast, nice pool, good value. We liked having the refrigerator and stove top, as well as a pull out couch for my son in the living room. Bedroom had plenty of pillows but we had to use the extra blanket and sheet for the pull out, as well as the blankets my son had to give him enough cushion on the pull out mattress. Bathroom was nice. Plenty of towels, toiletries and the like. Kitchen comes stocked with Everything for 4 ppl. The suite is basically a one bedroom apartment with a pull out in the living room. Can sleep 4 ppl comfortably.

My family and I have stayed here multiple times. The fact that all the rooms have a kitchenette is a bonus and they are pet friendly. And mostly all of the staff go out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have. The staff All work super hard, it was impressive.

Getting canceled at 830pm Wednesday evening and not even offered a discount for the 2 nights I did stay.

Very disappointed that the suite did not have a safe. Also, the mornings were a tad bit loud at times with the garbage trucks outside.

Location was good. Everything seemed pretty close. The layout of the suite was very nice. Breakfast was adequate, although a little too early (6-9 weekdays /7-10 weekends).

Sofa bed was noisy. One person slept on it and every time she moved it made loud creaky noises

Bathroom few issues, drain in sink not working and some wear and tear but this is not something that would put us off for a second booking. Did not get to use the facilities, so cannot comment on pool or gym.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We were here for my son's surgery and a perfect small hotel to meet our needs. Breakfast options were good and varied, especially if you wanted to take back to your room. The kitchenette was a welcomed addition for the room with someone who is going through recovery after surgery, as well as the separate rooms that could be closed off for quiet. Only about 10 mins by Uber to Northshore Mall and Lahey Medical Center. And a special thank you for accommodating our reservation change due to the altered post op surgery needs, we really appreciate you doing this for us. We will certainly be back early next year for round 2.

Would be great if there was a mirror in the bedroom. Traveling with 2 teenage girls and the only mirror was in the bathroom was tough.

This is our favorite hotel but this time was alittle different. The staff has changed, somehow we ended up with a handicap room, asked to be moved and was told that was what was booked even thou they weren't full. Room AC was not working up to the coolness we needed so bedroom was hot while living room was cold.

The room was very worn out, especially the sofa and the carpets. It should be renovated. Even though the room was for 6 people there were only three chairs. The hotel was easy to spot but not easy to get to. The breakfast was fine, but not enough room for larger parties. There was more than one family eating breakfast at different tables.

Nice hotel conveniently located near the highway. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
